I have lived here for about 3.5 years now with my husband and we love it! The staff is very friendly and any maintenance request I submit gets taken care of same day or early next day. It’s been a great and convenient stay for us with Target, food spots and NRG in walking distance. Highly recommend!

The entire process from application to move in has been made extremely easy thanks to the management team here. They’re communicative and insightful on explaining everything from top to bottom. The complex itself is top notch from the parking garage that allows you to park on your apartment floor, the elevators that help with any large items brought during the move, and even the trash pickup and Amazon locker. Loving everything so far and I’m looking forward to my time here.

I had an inconvenience with the maintenance team during the Holidays. I went to give some feedback and instead of feeling like my concern was at least being acknowledged I encountered a bad attitude and unwillingness to work with me. I had NEVER complained about anything during my almost 2 years living here, and the first time that I take time to address a situation that REALLY bothered me, they just refused to listen. Not even a "We will look into it" to brush me gently to the side. I understand that people don't care and just make you think that they do but these people really didn't even try

Ok, after being here at Monaco for about 14 months, I can say this is the place that I was looking for. It’s a great complex. It’s clean, safe, and walking distance to all the daily services/needs that anyone want. The leasing office team are amazing. They are always there to help with the best quality.

I was shown an apartment by Candice just this past week. Everything was starting to go well until she referred to one of the tenants that was just having a nice game of pool as ghetto and said it loud enough for them to hear. I did not lease here because I don’t understand how unprofessional this leasing agent could be. She also mentioned she was leaving this job. So I am sure that is why her behavior is reflected. There is another comment mentioning her specifically so I am wondering if anything is being done about this. It’s just awful. I would not lease here until her last day.

I’ve lived here since April and as far as apartment complexes go, this place is solid. The amenities, building, and layout are pretty standard but it is very-well designed. More than any of that, I’d say there are two exceptional qualities of this complex: location and staff. The location is conveniently located close to everything Houston has to offer and the immediate surrounding retail makes life very convenient. I've been a resident for 4 years now, and am completely happy. The front office personnel are always pleasant and welcoming and the maintenance staff are excellent. I've never lived on a property that lives up to the photos on the website, but here, what you see is what you get. A truly wonderful place to live! The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, the residents are friendly and the apartments have lovely finishes. I am always greeted by the friendly and accommodating leasing staff who all take such an interest in how I am! It truly feels like home! Management has been great with the new improvements, such as the roof. I highly recommend living here.

After living here for a month I can already say it’s one of the best places I’ve lived as far as apartments go. Everything is clean and well maintained. The communication from management is excellent and they are making a great effort to build a community amongst residents with different events such as food trucks and mobile pet groomers.

This is probably my favorite apartment since I moved to Houston! They have a great variety of floor plans which is hard to find! This complex's utilities are well taken care of including the dog park, gym, business center, and coffee bar. Parking is never a problem in the garage and is patrolled at night by security. I walk my dog after dark through the complex and the security patrol frequently stops me to make sure I am ok walking around my myself. Maintenance is always completed with 24 hours (sometimes the same day). It is perfect walking distance to Target across the street and NRG for

I have lived at Monaco for several years now and have enjoyed my time here. I actually moved back here after a bad experience elsewhere. It is convenient if you work in the medical center area. Proximity to Kroger, Target, gas, banks and NRG are a bonus. They do frequent events for the residents, I especially enjoy the fitness classes that happen a few times each week. Maintenance has been prompt the few times I have requested them. Noise level is the same as every apartment complex I have lived at or visited.

This apartment building is more than enough. The area is conveniently located between a super Target and a Kroger (WITH a gas station). It's right across NRG stadium so during events such as the Rodeo it can leak into the streets of the apartment leading to traffic. But where can you go that doesn't have some sort of traffic right? The view for the apartment is much of a view in terms of being on the 3rd floor. The best lookout my roommate and I have would be the of the Stadium. My vehicle, including 4 other vehicles were broken into on the first floor. They busted out all the driver windows and stole our belongings. Where the hell was the night security guard when this was happening?? Probably playing some damn pool in the lounge. What's the point of even having a damn guard. 5 cars...really?

Me and my fiancé were looking for a place that's close to the med center (since we both work there). We drove by an noticed the Monaco at Main and we're instantly sold after touring the place! Kierra was great and was really made us feel welcome. It's in a great location and we are so lucky to have found it!

I've lived at Monaco at Main since August 2015 and I've been very happy here. This apartment complex has by far the best price for what you get in this area. It is close to everything - just down the street from Rice Village, the Medical Center, close to downtown and there's a Super Target directly across the street which is extremely convenient. The pools and fitness center are great - I actually have used both and they recently installed new equipment and pool furniture! They respond to maintenance requests quickly and effectively.
