We almost moved here and thankfully we did not throughout the process from the initial contact this property is so unresponsive I’ve never seen a company not answer their phones as much as them we called back to back and on the rare times we did get an answer both leasing agents were unhelpful and dismissive very unprofessional and clearly it shows just by the way they respond to the reviews on the application process Michael was our leasing agent and at first he would answer our emails once a day maybe and he was just not helpful at all and then we never got a response again soon after we paid

I have attempted to contact the property at least 10 times within 3 weeks AT LEAST to inquire about vacancies and to set up a tour. I've emailed several times and have left voice messages on both leasing agents voicemails; seeing that they have never answered the phone. Absolutely horrible customer service. I now see why the complex has so many bad reviews. 👎

I was going to move there about a year ago but Michael was so, so RUDE...But Miss Debbie was wonderful she answer my question when Michael would not answer.... I was thinking about move there but all the Review that I have read some was good and some was Bad....I try tell management about Michael but fell on deaf..I hope is not there anymore....

I have a lot of friends who are discouraged to live here due to the amount of negative reviews, therefore I decided to write a review to help those who are scrolling through the reviews terrified, lol. I have lived here for a little over 2 years combined; initially as a freshman in college, then returned in my senior year. I have loved living here, Debby is a fantastic leasing agent to work with; busy, but fantastic nonetheless. The property manager and assistant manager will work with you as long as you communicate with them and are pretty accommodating. Front desk concierges are wonderful as

The view is great, the apt is ok and I understand some issues. However, the noise here is terrible, if you work at your office 8-5 then it's fine, but if you stay during the weekday, the noise from construction gonna blow you off. There is no balcony or any exhaust fan even in the bathroom. They gonna promise you construction would be done real soon, but it's been a year. If you like the view and work 8-5pm at work then this is great for you with reasonable price.

I made this burner email so management doesn’t sabotage me once I move out. DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. Also do not listen to any 5 star reviews because it’s very clear that they write their own reviews and get friends to write reviews for them. Nobody that lives here has anything good to say about them. I moved here because I wanted a skyline view so badly and this was all I could afford, however, there is a reason why it’s half the price of the other nearby high rises. I really am trying to enjoy it here but I can't help but be super bothered by the fact that the garage gate is constantly broken, allowing ppl who do NOT live here inside to park anywhere they want. Not to mention, people taking 2 parking spots and people parking in areas that are not even parking spots. There's constantly trash in the garage along with urine in bottles just on the floor. I pay for valet trash and somehow there's still a full trash bag in it after they go around emptying cans and that's happened 3 times already. I've refrained from complaining publicly

I strongly dislike this place and will never stay their!! They told me the rent was $735 a month. Then, charged me $160 for the light bill not to mention I stay in a 428 sq ft building. The staff really needs to work on their communication. I am looking for a new place to stay!! Debbie stated they are issuing a refund, I haven’t gotten anything yet!!

The staff is not bad. The leasing agents and security are really nice. However, our stay here has not been memorable. Not only is there a weird smell on our floor with people leaving trash everywhere which causes cockroaches to come out, but out of the whole year of us almost staying here, we have not been able to enjoy our balcony whatsoever. We… were able to use it maybe 2 wks before they closed it down for “construction” (July 2020). Construction did not start until maybe October 2020 and we were told it would only be a “few months”. I am updating this review due to the response from an employee...Let me reiterate the roaches were not just in the unit itself, but the hallways and elevators as well.
Once again, transients in and out of the building...not the unit.
Stay Alfred was extremely accommodating when they learned of the living circumstances and immediately relocated me to a different complex.

We rented an apartment here for the weekend for 6 guests.
Pros: As soon as I booked, we received a confirmation email with instructions. The day before checking in, we received the lockbox code for the unit. Pricing was only $98 a night, which was a steal for what we rented (2/2). Parking was also included. The place was nice, modern, small but cozy, clean, and ready for early check in. They really did have everything you needed to feel comfortable. The views were very nice from our place and also from the 9th floor. The 9th floor really has several things to do which is convenient.

I love living here. The location is prime real estate. It's walking distance from Toyota center and Discovery Green and Phoenicia. A block away from the metro rail so therefore easy access to UHD, Med center, Midtown, Rice U, Hermann Park, and so much more. My commute to work is ready because I'm going against traffic to the galleria area. 4 out of 5 stars because it's not perfect, but it's amazing for the price point.
