Since no one in management is taking care of the multitudes of service requests we have, I unfortunately have to post is publicly here in hopes of getting it taken care of. Aside from my requests this building is infested with cockroaches, more than one kind. YOU have to pay for the exterminator to come. Better yet the exterminator they hire for you will leave dead roaches in your room and be there for 5 minutes. The cracks in your room wont be sealed off and you wont get a proper exterminator. They will be there, and have been here since I moved in. This is happening in more rooms then mine, and

If your an agent DO NOT bring your clients here. They will ghost you and throw away your locator tenant referral after a few months so that when 4 months comes you won't get a commission. Apartments are 2500/month and they ask you to wait 4 months before commission. When the time comes no one answers, they block your phone number and ghost your emails. When and if you do get someone to pick up there's a new manager who is the absolute worst person that will not hand the phone over, will not listen to you, has the most unprofessional attitude. I have lived here almost a year and I am very happy with the Management. The Leasing agents are always helpful and polite. The maintenance team always get things done quickly. The Property is also well maintained and clean. They are very dog friendly as well. I would highly recommend living here. I am having a great experience.

I absolutely love it here 😍😍! The area is just perfect!! It's so pretty, well kept, very clean, nice neighbors, convenient and close to everything!! I can go on and on lol. It really is luxury here, you won't be disappointed. I love the decor, the design, and layout. It's so quiet, they keep up the building, perfect appliances, I feel at home. I love, love the view here, and the amenities are perfect. I couldn't ask for anything better. The gym, club house, business center, pool all perfectly designed. I have yet to check out the roof terrace but I will soon. I recommend this complex to anyone

I am a current resident and the management is terrible. Don't bother calling the front office there never going to answer. It's the most annoying thing ever they are completely useless. Your going to hear your upstairs neighbor everyday and they don't ask for a deposit only to charge you at the end for damages totaling to who knows how much.

You cannot call yourself a luxury apartment when you don’t spend what is needed to build a building that insulates noise from upstairs neighbors. Period. You are just a run of the mill apartment complex, there is nothing luxurious about hearing every step your neighbors take.
Edit 1: Virage, I am curious how exactly you plan to prevent this issue from occurring again. I hear every step my neighbor takes, what do you plan to do about that? Price match my rent with a POS place that has the same shoddy floor to ceiling sound insulation? I doubt it. Your response was performative, at best.

I enjoy living in the Virage with the exception of a very disappointing performance in regards to their pandemic response. It seems like the Virage only writes/prints the “masks required” signs but doesn’t enforce a mask policy. There are numerous residents constantly walking around without masks (their guests as well) causing issues in common areas like lounge, gym and mailroom). In addition, the security guard (although very nice) needs to set the example and wear a mask himself and enforce the building rules. Lastly, during Memorial Day weekend and other holidays when the pool was open

I lived at Virage for 15 months and my experience there was top-notch from the time I moved-in to after my move-out. The management and staff are all highly professional, friendly, and consistently maintain the property to ensure the residents have the best experience possible. There is a team who work all day to make sure the property is clean, maintenance requests were completed quickly, the lawn was done almost daily, and there was an on-site security guard who stood by the gate and patrolled the hallways at night. VIrage also has storage units you can lease, which isn't always an option at

I lived here for a couple of years in two different apartments - a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom. The amenities were nice - gated dog park, valet trash pick up, nice rooftop patio to hang out with friends, and a spacious pool. Maintenance was pretty responsive within 24 hours and they had an emergency line for more urgent things like power outage and pipe burst (I had both).

Being new to Houston, my husband and I took a lot of care and research into finding our perfect first home. After visiting multiple apartment complexes, Virage seemed to have not only the top of the line amenities, but the staff and maintenance team really make it feel like home. Apartments are quality made and we feel safe. Not to mention, the location is amazing! You have access to all the hotspots in Houston, just minutes away! I've lived here for 2 years now. Management has gone way down hill after the 1st year. Staff and leasing agents are now unqualified. The parking garage gates are ALWAYS broke down. The fobs will not work at least a few times a month. Takes forever to get anything fixed. Location is the only thing that is saving this complex. The management and resident/customer service has done it no favors. Very disappointed to say the least. I will not be renewing. 100% certain. You've been warned.

The place is very nice and the location is convenient. Rents are competitive for this area but reserved parking is extra.
A selling point before move-in was, according to the leasing agents, "well-insulated flooring." From the stomping and thumping all hours of the day and night, I am thinking I am only separated by plywood from the apt above. Several complaints to the office brought the response that there is no issue and no noise. (I must be hearing things).

I am very happy to be moving into this apartment complex. Thankfully we have found something right next to my job office and not too expensive.
They have all the comforts you need and what very important- they keep the complex clean at all times. The view is very nice to especially if you live on top floors. They have a pool, sauna, gym and other services that come included with the price of apartment.

I moved in July 2014 when the building was still under construction and over the last year things have definitely improved. I love the amenities -- great pool and awesome sky lounge. The gym has everything I need and yoga and boot camp classes are offered every week; I've yet to make it to one, but I hope to go someday. My dog loves the Virage. It's a very dog-friendly community. One big improvement that was recently made was the installment of dog waste bins around the property. The grounds are kept clean and are well maintained. Ricky and Teri in the leasing office are great and very helpful

The gym is terrible - small, regularly broken, and bad service. The amenities don't work - wifi doesn't work, coffee machine never works, and printer has been broken for months. Love living here! It's central, so close to everything especially the park and bayou. The staff is amazingly friendly and quick to solve any issues. I feel welcomed and appreciated for here. It very much has a community feel. And the design of the spaces themselves are beautiful and elegant. BIG closets!!

Its been miserable since we moved in. Elevators, Gates, and garage lights are consistently down. They have changed management like 3 times in the last year. Parking is a fiasco- they went from telling us that it was assigned to not assigned parking.
Every week we have to email management about a light, a/c, water faucet, or water in our closet. There are also a lot of pets here which we loved - until no one picks up after themselves. I have never written a bad review but this place is terrible and I just can't let someone else get stuck in a lease.
