I have nothing but good things to say about Debbie and her team at primack. For several years now they have bent over backwards to help my family in anyway possible. We had some issues in our last house and they stepped up to the plate in our first house which we had some problems and when the owner wouldn't do the right thing Debbie made sure that things got taken care of asap. The absolute worse property management company that I have ever had. Not only are they unresponsive and dismissive, they charge you for every little thing (including faulty items in the property itself). In our case, they were rude, arrogant and did nothing to make their tenants happy. Absolutely no customer service skills. I highly recommend you use another company, even if it costs a little more. You will save money in the long run.

Like many others before us have mentioned, Primack team is the epitome of a disgrace. When we moved into our property we weren’t able to physically move in right away because the property had not been cleaned since the last tenant. They had us complete signing and start the lease before they even had a cleaning crew come in. When we were displaced for the cleaning and sought a hotel, they also would not reimburse for this inconvenience. DO NOT RENT HERE. JUST DONT! I I could give no stars I would. We lived here for a year. Had issues from the start. The doorknob to my 3yr old daughters room malfunctioned locking us out of the her room for 4 DAYS. Of course I contacted Primack to get their maintenance team out immediately to fix this issue considering all of her clothes and things we needed were in there but the woman I dealt with was a STRAIGHT B*T¢H! Worst property I have EVER RENTED FROM!!!!! I moved out late last month mind you before my lease ended and paid until the end of the month. I was told by Josh I would get a call on Tuesday of last week. Ha funny never got a call regarding what they were going to charge me. Then I had to call them. Only to get Josh who tells me that he was super busy doing more than one person's job and was unable to tell me what my balance was. Mind you he told me 255 for the cleaning fee. Yet I paid 300 for a nonrefundable cleaning fee. But says 210 will be for the carpets. Huh so over what my cleaning fee was

I don't usually write negative reviews, but I want to make sure others are aware of this company as a whole. I rented from them for 5 years; never a day late on rent, kept place clean & as it was my own. The overall experience was good until we went to move out. I moved out of a house that they managed back in May 2018, after living there for a year. I meticulously took pictures and wrote down every defect in the house; half of which they corrected/fixed and the other half they stated I would not be responsible for upon vacating the house. Throughout the time I lived there, any time I had to contact her team, the conversations were always unpleasant and I was spoken to in a rude tone. Thankfully

My fiancé and his father rented from Primack May 31 2017- May 31 2018. They didn't really have any problems with the company other than slow responses when it came to repairs needed (they eventually were taken care of). Move out- totally different story. They sent someone to do their move out inspection (which took them 3 weeks to finally respond and schedule with my fiancé), and the inspector could not STOP raving about how immaculate the property looked, how clean it was, how well taken care of it was, and even went as far to say it was "the best kept up

This is the WORST rental company. My 2 children and myself are currently in our home and it's 95 degrees inside. This is the 2nd time our air went out and the 2nd time I have had to spend over 100 dollars staying at hotels. I am so upset. The emergency line is a joke. They never answer. I called 6 times and got a text back over an hour after calling. Should have listened to the reviews!! Biggest mistake of my life renting through this crooked company. My air in my house shut off three different times in the middle of summer and they waited til the last minute to fix it each time. We wrote of list of things to be repaired and nothing has been fixed!! They give us charges for fixing things they haven’t done and not to mention there is literally a huge whole in my ceiling LITERALLY!!! I currently lease a home through Primack Property Management, and have for a year, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. The house was sparkling clean and in great condition when I moved in and the office staff went above and beyond to expedite the application for me to get me moved in on a short timeline. Each time I have had to contact them for an issue with the house they immediately respond and begin working on a solution. I definitely recommend leasing from them, you will not be disappointed.

I wanted to take a moment to write this review because I feel that all too many times satisfied customers do not take the time out of their day to write a positive review, it is the angry customers who want to vent their concerns. In the case of a property management company the bottom line is that if you are not a good tenant, you aren't going to like any company you lease from.

Currently living in a residence managed by this group and I must say the ENTIRE group is extremely professional, communicative, and if you have any issues they will resolve it extremely fast (in example our downstairs AC went out and Josh from the group had AC specialists at our home in 2 hours.) this is the best group I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that's looking for a home.

Debbie and her team have been nothing but great! I lived in the rental house that they were managing for over 5 years and we have never had a problem. Whenever we needed support from them on home warranty issues, they were quick to respond and handled everything flawlessly. I would highly recommend!

I rate her 0 star. Chris Vincent, u r not the only one. They took all my deposit if 1400 claiming all different kinds of stuffs and charging me more after the 1400. One example was the blinds. When we moved and did the walk through, it was written there than all blinds needs to be fix. They sent a guy to look n estimate but they came back to fix them. THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT MONEY !!!!! I am in the process of suing their office. Much like John F from the YELP REVIEW, they took a ridiculous amount of my deposit for items that were not my responsibility (for example an electrical outlet that didn't work, was somehow my doing) How could I damage an outlet, without taking it apart or doing something weird.
