Two fresh eggs (any style) with your choice of ham, bacon, sausage or chorizo, served with beans and potatoes. Two fresh eggs with your choice picadillo, barbacoa or chicharron, served with beans and potatoes. Two fresh eggs scrambled with corn chips, diced jalapeos, onions and tomatoes served with beans and potatoes.

Life long Austinite, EVERYTHING from this kitchen is AWESOME! Really enjoy the breakfast tacos, daily lunch specials to the huge specialty plates! Service even for just 2 waitstaff is prompt and efficient. Parking is maybe the only complaint, but hey, I'm here for the food, not the pavement! Great taste and portions for the price, definitely my go to for friends and family !!!!

The original Vasquez restaurant is the best in food quality and service hands down !!!! Muy bien servicio!!!! Love the homie feel and the menudo always hot and awesome flavors with a lil extra oregano on the side . Chorizo wasn’t greasy at all tortilla nice n cooked well eggs mixed well with no shell 😂 burnet rd location take notes do better
