The leasing office is great, responsive and very helpful in all situations. Veronica at the leasing office does an amazing job getting all the information needed and no matter what day of the week she will communicate out and follow up. Maintenance is great they come in very quickly and never had any issues. The community is the best I lived in.

Okay so I came across this place by pure chance.
I was looking for a new place and got lost, found this place and am so happy I did. Gabby, Jessica and Veronica have been so much help. I moved in about a year and a half ago and have not met any office staff more dedicated to helping their residents than here. They are all so helpful and kind. Gabby helped me moved in and was super understanding with everything going on (I moved in during quarantine). She helped me get set up and get everything good to go. Jessica helped me out with the transition of her new assistant managers and even with some

She listened to my needs for an apartment and gave me just what I was looking for and more- I let her know I was interested in renting a garage which by the way are limited and hard to come by, however, she kept a lookout for one and called the moment she had one available for me 😊 Veronica is professional, sweet and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Veronica and Jessica, the girls in the office, are amazing. Since I live in California and waited for an apartment to become available, I'm sure I drove them crazy by calling with questions. They were always so kind and patient with me. I finally did get the apartment I hoped for but I couldn't have done without their help. Job well done girls!!

Lived here for three years and it was very nice, I highly recommend. Maintenance was always on top of everything anytime I made a request. The assistant manager Veronica is so lovely and always took care of us. The manager Jessica is one of the rudest people I have met and was the only downside of living here. Her attitude and tone was just always so atrocious and my neighbors would definitely say the same. Other than having to deal with her, I would say this is a great place to live!

I normally don't write reviews but the staff at Avalon, specifically Veronica Martinez deserves recognition for her outstanding professional work ethic and customer service. I called and inquired for the rentals at Avalon and Veronica answered all my questions in the most patient and respectful manner. I am the type to ask a lot of questions, so patience is key with me. It's customer service like Veronica's you hardly see anymore. Avalon knows how to pick their staff! I will be referring Veronica to family and friends who are interested in that area. I must say this place is affordable and beautiful for its location. The new office staff Veronica has been wonderful to me and my family she is very responsive to all my emails and calls whenever I have issues with my apt. Maintenance Is quick on getting to the same day or next day service. Thanks Veronica and Maintenance team.

I stopped by Avalon since my lease is coming up and I was greeted by Veronica. She was so attentive and helpful in my search. When she showed my boyfriend and I the model it definitely blew me away how beautiful they were on the inside! Veronica being so nice was definitely a plus also! Unfortunately, they didn't have the floor plan we wanted available but are keeping an eye out and hope to speak with Veronica whenever the time comes!
