I have been a resident of Berkshires for 3years. Since my move in date the staff at Berkshires have been exceptional to me. They are very nice, even the maintenance crew are friendly and they treat you like family. Any questions or concerns I have is answered. Whatever problems I may have maintenance wise it is also handled in a efficient matter. It’s clean in here. Always well kept and every time I bring friend work family over to visit the first thing they say is how nice it is in here. Beautiful nature views and even the residents are nice. I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. The amenities

Staff is very outgoing and helpful! Always have a great attitude and willing to help with any issues. Beautiful property including the lake view, pool area and other amenities. Location is awesome for either remote working or travel. Able to jump on the Veterans when needed or head east to I-275. Overall, a great place to live.

This apartment complex is excellent. The location is very convenient for food and shopping as well as having peaceful and fun areas near the pond. The office staff here is extremely helpful and friendly-- the best I've interacted with anywhere. Maintenance team is very responsive and friendly. Moving here was a great decision!

I have lived at this gated complex for three years and I could not ask for better maintenance and office staff. They do their very best to make you feel at home and valued. All requests I need are fulfilled in a timely manner. The office staff are always smiling with a positive and respectful attitude and wonderful hospitality. Parking is always plenty. The pool and gym are kept clean. The complex is in a great safe area near multiple grocery stores, a mall, plazas, restaurants, and schools. Highly recommend this complex.

I’ve struggled to find an apartment complex quite like this one. The staff members are so friendly and engaging. They’re so quick to help whenever there is an issue and make it easy to enjoy living here. The community is also well kept, including the pool and gym. And the neighbors are always so friendly too! This apartment complex is great and I strongly recommend it!

I lived here for 3.5 years, then moved into another complex to be closer to work -it was a TERRIBLE decision to leave ! After only 10 months, I moved back and have been here for another 1.5 years. I could not be happier to be back at Berkshires!
The office staff is always pleasant, understanding and beyond helpful, not to mention so easy to talk to and work with. I lived at Berkshires for almost 3 years and it felt like home the entire time.
The leasing/management team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and are always quick to respond. I only ever had one maintenance issue with my A/C, but the maintenance team had it fixed within 24 hours. My apartment was clean, bright, and rarely had bugs. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that I lived in a building directly next to Gunn Highway and could always hear loud cars passing by.
Parking was never once an issue, packages were always handled with care, and the grounds were kept clean

To give this apartment a 5-star rating doesn't give the facility, the staff, or the atmosphere the recognition that it truly deserves. The apartments are clean, updated, and very well maintained. The people living here are friendly, welcoming, and everyone is very respectful to each other. This is a very dog-friendly community and there is even a newly-added dog-run where you can take your pet off the leash for a bit. At night when it's time to lay your head down, everyone is very careful to keep the noise to a minimum so it is very quiet at night. You are conveniently located close to major stores

If you are like me you already some read reviews. The people have spoken and I will definitely co-sign; this was the best rental experience I had in 18 years! I called it "The Walt Disney of apartment communities!" LOL! The office and maintenance staff kindness is not just for show, the are like that 24/7, I know because they were my neighbors. EVERYTHING WORKED! It never was "going to be fixed", it was just fixed and working! Everything looked perfect! I felt like I was walking around in a magazine. Even the furry creatures were well kept and picked up after. All of my neighbors were friendly
