I LOVE living at the Legacy because of the amazing management and neighborhood. It’s a very quiet and clean community that I feel safe in. It’s pet friendly, this is something that made me and my partner decide to live here. My townhouse really feels like a home.
Update: they unexpectedly raised the rent by more than 100 and only gave us 1 month to find a new place or stay under the new terms. The complex is clean and quiet but had I’d known I would’ve been paying potentially between $140-536 more I would’ve chosen somewhere else.

Live anywhere else. For over $1400/month, you get an old apartment with paper thin walls. The doors and windows leak, meaning you can never cool down past 80 during the day.

We LOVE this place! Me and my girlfriend were looking for a place to move in together. And after looking, we came across the Legacy, first the lease office were more than helpful with the paperwork and answered the many questions we had. I love the step down living room, it like living in a fancy apartment without paying too much. My girlfriend love that we are just a walk from the river and the patio where we can relax at night without too much noise. This is a great first apartment together.

The property is well maintained by both the maintenance team and the lawn service, office staff are friendly, yet, professional. The community is quiet, except for the occasional barking dog, but it's generally not a problem. Rates are very good considering the location to downtown, restaurant and I-275 & I-4.

I love it here!!! Been here almost two years and as long as I’m renting I plan on staying. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I have not had an issue here once and even if one pops up they are on it immediately. If anyone comes to me about apartment hunting I always tell them about my complex. 10/10 recommend.

I love this complex! Beautiful area in "trendy" Seminole Heights. My unit is large, spacious, and affordable.
The office is kind and knowledgeable. We moved here in peak COVID-19 times and did an amazing job providing social distancing, sanitizer and masks at the front door if necessary, all while still feeling extremely welcomed.

This place is great for the price, especially if you have a river view. It is an older building but the renovations are nice and the area is quiet. Also, the maintenance crew works hard to fix emergencies in a timely manner. The apartment's location is close to many restaurants and the downtown area. It is also close to I-275, which is very convenient. Residents have remained over the years and have enjoyed living here. Lastly, the sky view is amazing here.

If there is a ZERO star option or a negative stars, this place wouldn't even deserve it. The place runs poorly by unprofessional property management. The property manager is condescending and very unprofessional. Don't know her name because we were never properly introduce (dark hair, tall). We have been living here and paying for all the "amenities" that do not exist. Just today, the pool again is closed for no reason. If I were you, who are looking for a place to stay, I would stay at a homeless shelter. You probably get better treatment. RAM property needs to reassessed
