We just moved in so we are still figuring out the building but had the easiest process leasing an apartment all the way from fort laud thanks to Rachel! She was extremely patient and helpful. The front desk ws also extremely accommodating when it came to scheduling deliveries with the service elevator and helping us navigate the move in.

When we moved in over a year ago it was probably a 3 or 4-star rating. Yeah the garage was nasty, the elevators were slow and crowded, a midnight train rolls through a couple times a week, but otherwise it was decent.
But the longer we've lived here the more often things break, culminating in a catastrophic water main failure and 10-day evacuation from which months later we are still recovering. If you like rooms with lights that don’t work, an oddly oriented A/C system that either leaves you in a pool of your own sweat in the middle of the night or an ice sickle, construction noise, a constant game of musical chairs going on next door for 4 days straight that begins around 6am and lasts until about 2am, inconsistent valet parking only, and a lackluster free breakfast, and not having your room serviced once since you’ve been here for 5 days. Then this is the place for you. Not a whole lot of positives here.

Honestly, I wish I could've given them a better rating. The Element has been my dream location since I was a broke high college student so when my brother finally moved here a few months ago -- I couldn't wait to follow and be his neighbor.
Where do I start? No guest parking. There are 10000000 parking spaces for TECO trucks and just a few for visitors. The garage is VERY tight and congested. The guest parking pass process is a NIGHTMARE! Initially guest would go to the crappy call box, they let the gate up, you park, go downstairs to the front desk to get a parking pass, go BACK to

These apartments are nothing what I hoped or expected to move into. I moved in on July 7th. Two weeks later the entire building had to be evacuated because of improper care cause the water mains to break on more then one floor. The complex did pay for our hotel rooms while we were evacuated but the hotels we were put in were poor quality. The washer and dryer did not even work so I had no way or cleaning my clothes conveniently. They apartments finally allowed people go get stuff out of their apartments but was only in small hours which I was unavailable to attend because of my work schedule. This

I lived at the Element from 2017 until 2021. Northland Investment Group purchased & assumed management in 2017. The building is attractive, well-designed, solid construction & in a great location, but under Northland's ownership it has been mismanaged & neglected, resulting in my review & 2-star rating.
Each unit has floor-to-ceiling windows & the views are amazing. The concierge desk is staffed by a separate company & our interactions with them were positive. Our unit was a spacious 2-bedroom, 2½ bath with a large balcony & ample closet space. Noise between units was minimal due to the concrete

-Homeless people outside your apartment constantly. Also coming up to you.
- front desk is rude
- driving up 5 floors to residential parking, round and round in a tight parking garage (most people hit there car at least one) gets old really quick.
- elevator can stop at every floor as you try to get to your car, so you could start at floor 30 and stop at floor 28 then floor 26, then floor 22, then floor 18 then floor 9, floor 7, floor 4, then lobby.
- add an extra 15 minutes to your commute to work with the elevators & garage
- hopefully you don’t get stuck in elevator (just happened

I loved everything about my visit here. Staff was very organized and respectful. I think her name is Juanita..She is one of the best workers. I love her attitude of being dedicated in making sure things are clean and organized. She makes sure everyone is being respected. She made me feel so welcome. The rooms were amazing. I have already told a lot of my friends about it.

My apartment has been flooded for 30 hours now with not ONE person to come up and check it out. 2 guys came up yesterday said they would be back in 20 minutes and NEVER showed up, I waited around for hours and lost business due to this! Your pipes bursting my stuff was ruined my floors are all torn up and I’m being put on the back burner. I need this situation handled ASAP and to be compensated for this mishap that no one cares about. There is BLACK mold from where the carpets are ripped up and you just want me to “ wait it out” for a few days ? “just turn on the TV to block

I’ve had an overall good experience at Element, with some hiccups, but this last renewal has been atrocious.
Rents have gone down in the apartment building, and management refuses to provide market rate to people renewing. The same apartment floor plan that I had been renting was going for significantly cheaper than my renewal price, and not only did management refuse to give me that rate, they even increased my rate. And when I said I wasn’t going to renew, they put my apartment on the market for $280 LESS than what they offered it to me at...and once again said I couldn’t have

I have lived here 7 years exactly. I have a beautiful Corner apartment on the south side of the building. From here I sit on my balcony with my morning coffee and see the cruise ships come on through the channel and over to dock in channelside. On good weather days my view is of the beautiful bay and I can see as far as St Pete and Clearwater and all in-between. At night the twinkly lights and night time landscape are mesmerizing. The maintenance, leasing and concierge team are terrific. They are responsive and professional and made living here so easy. I am Moving away and will miss them.

Stay Away!! We used to love living at the Element until it was taken over by Northland Investment. The building's condition has significantly deteriorated since they took over, ask any resident that has been there for several years and they will tell you what a poor job this company is doing with this building. The garage is filthy and unsafe (lidangerous leak for over 2 years), common areas are atrocious, and don't get me started on the elevators that break down at least once a month. I have asked numerous times in writing for a detailed history of my account as I am disputing several

This is the best building in all of Tampa. Especially the most visually stunning with its gorgeous architecture. The Views from the units and even the gym are absolutely beautiful. In the management/leasing office, the staff is AWESOME. Debbie the manager, along with employees Jorge & Jason are all very kind, helpful, genuine, and professional. The building is a perfect fit for so many due to the variety of floor plans available. My leasing associate Jorge, helped me get a perfect apartment for me with the view of my preference.... and the front office is so accommodating they even had wood

I absolutely adore the concierge staff, they are always so kind and treat everyone respectfully.
Trying to find parking is a royal pain. They need to buy back some of those spots they sold to the business.
The views here are absolutely stellar, especially at sunset or during storms. If your a night shift worker like myself you might have trouble getting a good quality sleep.
There are many great local businesses to enjoy as well as an abundance of Uber or Lyft drivers around. Residents are all super hot and most pretty chill.
The carpet definitely needs updating. And not everyone likes this

We've been at the Element for a year and a half and there are some pros, but definitely more cons.
Pros:
- Good location, close to riverwalk, Curtis Hixon park, expressways
- Friendly concierge and great maintenance. Anytime we've put in a maintenance request it was handled within 24 hours
- Safe. You need a fob to get anywhere in the building, so you don't have random people wandering around
Cons:
- Slow internet. As someone previously mentioned, the internet speed is very slow. Watching Netflix/Sling is pretty much impossible because of the constant pauses/lags. Internet is

I moved to Tampa a few months ago. I looked at about 6 places before I stumbled upon Element. Im absolutley loving it! The people that live there are extremely friendly. The office staff is always pleasant and informative. Jessica gave me my tour... very impressive young lady. Also the concierge staff is top notch. Especially jose... the guy is always smiling and pleasant; whenever I have a question for him about the neighborhood he points me in the right direction. Hes also been helpfull, on more than a few occasions, with my packages and deliveries.
