Prince at the front counter breaks his back going above and beyond for the residents here. All other staff / reasons to move here are great as well!

I am a current resident and I have nothing but nice things to say about this building and the property management team. The move-in experience was seamless, the amenities are fantastic, the property maintenance team is great, the views are awesome and the location doesn't get any better. Special thanks to Newell and Jose! You guys rock!

I would like to give a shout-out to Carlos and Brian. They are the best technicians. They truly care about all the residents and always know how to fix something. Brian fixed our barstools himself and I could not be happier about that! Great guys.

Nine 15 is a beautiful community with breathtaking city views located in the heart of downtown Tampa. If you're looking for a great place in Tampa to call home, I would definitely check out Nine 15!

I moved out about a month ago for a larger apartment that offers an office across the street and although Element has exceptional west facing ( corner unit ) views, the building cannot compare to 915.
The gym is large, and up to date. The coffee station in the halls towards the resident elevators is an awesome touch. The concierge are friendly and always have dog treats for your furry friends. The resident hallways are clean and smell fresh.
Maintenance has a quick turnaround. Although parking could be a little less congested, this is a common issue with majority high rise communities, especially

Love the central downtown location. My guests are always so impressed when I bring them over and I love waking up to these gorgeous views. The Penthouse Lounge, spacious fitness center, and modern finishes are worth every penny. Andrew in the leasing office was so patient and kind during my search, despite my millions of questions. If you’re looking for a luxury high-rise community, I highly recommend Nine15.

Nine15 is a fantastic community! The customer service from their property management team is excellent! Stunning views, great amenities, modern design, convenient downtown location, close to restaurants, bars, nightlife, the river walk, channel side and much more! I couldn’t be more satisfied with my choice of calling Nine15 home! The assistant manager Andrew was extremely helpful and made my leasing and move-in process easy!

I looked at several apartments downtown and in surrounding areas, and none compared to what Nine15 has to offer. Great property in a fantastic location! Clean, modern, sleek & stunning with top notch staff, and overall a great place to live. I worked with Andrew, the Assistant Property Manager- he was amazing and is extremely knowledgeable about the property.

Parents beware. Beautiful building but they take advantage of their tenants, especially the college kids. They use a combination of illegal towing from their garage coupled with internal tricks to create late fees. Try talking to someone in management and you will get directed to a college student that has no authority to do anything. There are plenty of nice apartments/condos in Tampa. Look elsewhere!

If you are looking for a place to live that is secure and safe this is not the place (this has nothing to do with the security guards i love them) the front glass doors are ALWAYS broken since i moved in (only suppose to work with fobs but anyone can walk in) .... the garage residence entrance gate is always broken too... your guest have to pay for parking that are here over an hour how much bull sh*t is that... the whole 16th floor is for Stay Alfred and if you don't know what that is it's Airbnb.... if we cannot sublease our units to short terms tenants why can they especially with

This place used to be great until a month ago when they decided to take the easy route and turn 2 floors of the building into a hotel with Stay Alfred. Now we have strangers coming and going every day. We have ghetto pool parties with loud obnoxious people who leave their trash everywhere and ruin this once nice tranquil place to live. Management doesn't care at all about the residents anymore. I've completed two of their resident surveys and selected the option to contact me regarding my concerns and not once have they attempted. My Friends had a baby shower planned for this Saturday. With some fairly decent reviews, and with so many people excited to attend we looked forward to a great afternoon. Suddenly and with much disappointment, the reservation was canceled. Having to deal with a distraught mother to be it is incredibly disheartening. I will never recommend anyone to plan any type of party here in the future. They were incredibly difficult to work with and showed no sympathy especially with people flying in from out of town. where to begin..stayed here for about a year and during that year there were endless reasons we wanted to leave. the first 2 months of living there the entire guest bathroom flooded and we were not reimbursed for any time lost in the apartment or damages to personal property.

furthermore, the walls and doors were extremely thin. The "security" at the front were somehow never there. The management was less than helpful at times. I had a broken key fob and sat in the waiting area for 45 mins while they helped other (non residents) get up to the

Thank you for informing me of the treadmill repairs. It would be nice to have an ETA on this upgrade as the treadmills have not been fully functional since at least August 2018. UPDATE 11/22: Now all treadmills are completely broken and won't even turn on.

Additionally, the wipes in the gym have been empty at least 3 times for an extended period of time, despite notifying staff and submitting numerous work orders. I might recommend ordering extra supplies to replenish - especially since this appears to be a recurring issue with your building.

Regarding the operating hours- I

I went and toured nine15 and i absolutely loved it! the worker and managers were extremely friendly and welcoming, and not to mention the view!!! i definitely plan on moving in the spring !

I wish I could like this place more but it just continues to go down hill. I was in twice today and there was zero sign of security at the front desk. The gym is nice but they never have the music playing loud enough and nobody is ever there to help control it. They took the music from the pool area, too. When I mentioned the visitor parking not having anymore parking tickets, they had no idea what I was talking about. It looks nice at first but clearly they have some progress to make.

Returned home today to find that there is 0 security working, half a dozen visits to the lobby without so much as a trade of a person working the front desk to keep the building safe and secure.

good to see our well being and safety is worth saving a few dollars downgrading the security component of the building.

Know someone in the building and have visited bunch of times. Not sure whats going on with the building but i was looking to rent here and just seems like each time ive visited its gotten worse and worse (urine smell , the vomit issues, ) and now I hear they have no security which alarms me, def,. looking elsewhere to rent

I was one of the first residents of the building and really have enjoyed it until the last month or two. Phenomenal location and helpful staff, the problems arise on the party nights. Piles of vomit in the hallway to the penthouse, dog urine in the elevator.... absolutely disgusting and not the first time this has happened. 915 is a great spot other than the consistent late night vomit piles.....

What a place - looks good from the outside - but wait until the music starts - Franklin Manor is out of control! I have North facing unit 15 floors up and it's unbelievable the amount of noise you have to try and live with! Can't wait to get out - Beware!!! The staff are great but they don't have to NOT sleep here!

If you value getting any sleep, do not live here. We have lived here for months and nothing has changed. Franklin manor continues to blare music until 0230 in the morning. With our balcony doors closed I can literally hear every word of the song being played. Right now it is "oops I did it again, I played with your heart...." If you are a professional, or student, or any adult who needs to sleep at a reasonable hour for work, this is not the place for you.

And the fancy gym downstairs? More than half of the equipment does not work and is crap.

Management in leasing office changes

Amazing place to live. Amenities and staff are top notch. If you're looking to live a life of luxury and convenience this is the place to live. I highly recommend a visit.
