Everyone here is very professional and kind! That is so hard to find in apartment management! They are very accommodating and helpful so that each resident can get what they need. Rick is especially awesome as an apartment manager - best I’ve ever interacted with. All the staff, including our security team is amazing too! Can’t beat the location, great amenities (and Whole Foods downstairs), responsive staff, & super fun apartment community events. They really get creative so we have events to attend that appeal to all sorts of people. My fiancé lives here currently and we chose to live here

I absolutely love living at the 222! The management and staff are amazing - they’re SO accommodating and responsive. I’ve lived in other apartment complexes and I’ve never been impressed with the staff and management… not here!! So many little events and perks the staff put on for the residents (all covid friendly), all the amenities are great (especially the pool I’m the summer), I truly feel like I am a part of a little community living here. Rick is fantastic, and Evan is the man! Both beyond helpful, along with all the other staff!

I absolutely love living here! Super pet friendly. The management team always comes from a place of yes & very rarely is there something we can’t find a solution to. They’ve been so great about allowing me to make the apartment my home (huge because I moved from a house). There’s guest parking which is MAJOR living downtown if you want people to visit you. The doggies love it & the doggie run is outside but tucked in the building so it works great & on cold days there’s a way to get to it from the inside. Lots of great Resident events every month to get people socializing. Overall the energy

We love 222 and there's nowhere else we'd rather be. The location is perfect, shared amenities are clean and beautiful, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Staff is incredibly responsive and proactive in communication. I've never been in a building that has so many free and fun events, community activities, etc. Only been here for 6 months, but it's already by far the best place I've lived in the past 10 years of apartment living!

Rick and staff are wonderful and attentive to everything you could imagine. We were nervous to move in this area but the staff and security are top notch and we never had any issues. We loved living close to the Whole Foods and other restaurants in the area. The apartments are high quality and beautiful. Service requests were completed either day of or next morning. We loved living here and highly recommend it over the other apartments in the area.

I lived in Minneapolis twice, most recently relocated back for work in June 2020, and lived at 222 both times. My experience at 222 Hennepin the first time was exceptional- their team was professional and kind and the building was well maintained. It was #1 on my list when I moved back to Minneapolis. The service level is still top notch. Rick, the community manager, is a great communicator and made sure the residents felt safe throughout some difficult months living downtown. I just recently moved into 222 apartments and have nothing but good words to say about the entire experience.
The staff was very welcoming, and made the transition to our new home easy and stress-free. The building is kept very clean, there are fun community events, and overall the atmosphere is fun and safe.
I’d highly recommend 222 to anyone looking for a new, fun, place to live in the North Loop area!

I’ve lived here for over a year, and this has been the best place I have ever rented from! When I was moving from out of state trying to find a place in March 2020, the leasing team went above and beyond answering not only my questions about my apartment and the building, but about the city too! So sad I have to move because I am relocating to another city for work, or I would stay.

You will love living at 222 Hennepin! The entire staff is super friendly, kind, helpful, and caring! The atmosphere is amazing! You will feel right at home! You will also feel safe! Hey: the first floor is amazing for moving in!!! Super easy! Also, you can go right out the door to the garage, especially if you are in a hurry for work, want to take out your trash, or head out for a walk! The area is very walkable! You can do your laundry right in your home! Lots of eats and shopping; salons and grocery shopping! Tons of storage! My hubby loved being able to clean the windows easily. LOL! So much

I was dislocated from my home due to water damage and needed a 3 month furnished rental. I only wish I could have stayed longer ! Beginning with Taryn (Lifestyle Director) as well as The building Director Rick, I was treated like ROYALTY! I felt like I had been a valued tenant for years. Such an amazing apartment! The staff is always so friendly and they know everyone by name. They're very attentive and will try to assist you with whatever you're needing. There are plenty of community events that they host, so it's a really interactive community. On top of it, the building is always super clean, with cleaning staff daily (who are also incredibly friendly!). The location and view can't be beat. Being connected to Whole Foods is a huge plus, especially in the winter when you don't want to go out in the cold to get groceries! I've really enjoyed my last

We are newlyweds and my husband chose this apartment for its convenient location with a great access to the Whole Foods downstairs and lots of dining and hanging out options around the area. I couldn’t ask for a better location to live! Especially since I moved here from Korea this past summer, I’m used to walking everywhere and this apartment is perfect for someone who likes to walk and explore the area. My husband walks to work too and it takes him about 15min. I mean what’s better than a short commute?

I have lived at 222 Hennepin since the weekend it opened over four years ago, and love it. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the premises are very well-maintained, and my top-floor apartment is so quiet. (I can't speak to what the noise levels are like in other units.) With access to so many bus lines right at the front door, the light rail only four blocks away (so inexpensive and fast to get to the airport or downtown St. Paul!) and an HourCar permanently parked here, I don't even need a car any more. I walk to work, the Mississippi River, the main library, St. Anthony Main

If you want to be in the heart of Minneapolis, 222 Hennepin is the ideal. For an occupancy of 200+ tenants, this building is serene and quiet. The views of the city are killer regardless of where you're facing (my window faced the Hennepin bridge and it never got old), the faculty are super friendly (think Cheers) and the amenities are pretty amazing. Groceries are downstairs at Whole Foods, your car is secure with garaged parking, and the city is gorgeous night or day.
Be warned... whenever you move out of 222 Hennepin your next residence will most likely be considered a downgrade.

I lived at 222 apartments for two years and really enjoyed it. The staff is super nice and the maintenance is very fast. The mix of people that live there (empty nesters that just sold their suburban home, young families, majority young professionals) makes for a really nice mix.
The apartments themselves are very quiet - we live on the top floor and have never heard anything from the apartments around us. Not sure if that applies to people who have apartments above them.
The location and Whole Foods as your basement is really unbeatable. As well as the skyline view on the rooftop deck.
