I have been staying here for a year so far, and it’s been so nice and fun! People are really nice and staffs are professional. Staffs keep my packages in the safe package room and let me know if it’s delivered, which I also really liked. I have already done the renewal for another year, and I am excited to be here for next year as well.

The broader management/staff team is also very responsive and always friendly. Hands down one of the better apartment buildings near the downtown area.

One of my friends has lived here for 3 years now and I visit often. The Concierge team has always been fantastic with enforcing COVID precautions when they were required and still provide a COVID friendly environment. I recently met with the Leasing team to see what my options were for Leasing in September when my lease is up. The office team is so friendly and honest! They provided me all the information I needed. I just need to lock in my move-in date and I'll be a Latitude 45 resident soon! I cannot wait! The amenity areas are being updated and look amazing so far!

Constantly impressed by this apartment and their team! The cleaning crew does an amazing job keeping up with the common areas, the staff are extremely friendly and know tenants by name, and the concierge are always available to help. The manager, Drea, has always been especially helpful in addressing my needs and concerns and is extremely fast to respond. Gigi is amazing!! Walking distance to everything.

I didn't even sign a lease here, but I felt the need to review because my experience with them was so fantastic. This place is absolutely stunning - when you walk in, you feel like you're in the lobby of a 5-star hotel. It carries on throughout the rest of the property too!! Everything is soooo beautiful. The staff were incredible, hospitable and seemed like fantastic management. I didn't sign a lease because it's right in the city - a bit too busy for me. If it weren't for that, though, I'd move here in a heartbeat!

I moved into Latitude 45 over 2 years ago and my experience at the community has been nothing but positive. The entire staff has been super helpful and responsive since day 1 and have only enhanced the experience of living in this conveniently located community with fantastic apartments and amenities! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to live in downtown Minneapolis.

Latitude 45 was a great choice for us when we made the decision to live downtown Minneapolis! Despite things being a lot slower in the downtown area this year, the Latitude 45 staff has made us happy to call this place home! Brent in particular was a huge reason that we decided to go with Latitude 45 versus downtown options, so I'd strongly recommend working with Brent if you're interested!

I recently switched to a different unit and working with Drea during the transfer process was a wonderful experience. She was extremely professional and organized. She either already had the answer to my question or would take the time to track down the information even if she was in the middle of completing a task. She was very clear and transparent with her communication and kept me informed on the remaining steps that needed to be completed throughout the entire process.

I booked a tour to see this apartment complex over a month in advance as I was flying in from another state and would only be in the area for 1 day. Less than a week before my tour I got an email from Latitude cancelling my tour and asking if they could rebook for a different day-- I then explained to them I was only in town for one day and couldn't change the appointment to which they said they had staffing issues and couldn't see me. I then booked a tour at a diff complex to fill that gap. Low and behold they then emailed me saying that they could see me on my original scheduled slot

Short Story: management parks illegally in handicap parking spots (we are a public property because we have a public leasing office, so handicap and ADA laws apply in full) and now refuses to acknowledge the illegality of this behavior, not to mention how shockingly disrespectful it is to those who have disabled guests or are disabled residents. Other residents are unable to park on the property entirely; and the community manager and staff thinks it's okay to post tow notices on residents cars when they're unloading their groceries, but doesn't tow her employees who park in disabled

Latitude 45 has many great amenities. The location is magnificent. The rent is fair. It is only getting 3 stars because the management is a 1 out of 5. They are very cold and hard to work with. They also do nothing to add to this beautiful building and the great residents there. It feels very much like a production line. One big complaint is they have almost no security. The Surveilence system has never produced video when we have had vandals and disrespectful guests on our property. The management refuses to fix the Surveilence that is only 3 years old. They sent a memo today saying "management

Overall I would say that this is a wonderful place to live. The previous review is a little harsh since within the first year a lot of discoveries were being made into the best possible use for everyone in the building.

Heidi & Jen are both amazing, and Brian is such a kind gentleman. I would suggest that you establish who you want to communicate with regularly and establish a good relationship with them so you can seek their advice or push on timelines if you have something

Spoken from someone who lived at L45 for a year, I would not recommend. This apartment complex has an attitude problem and thinks that it is too good for its own residents. Given how much you're paying, management misses the mark on providing service that actually helps residents. Let me elaborate below.
