Services
Churchill is a pet friendly community! We welcome Cats & Dogs with some breed restrictions and a 2 pet limit per unit. A one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet is required as well as a monthly pet rent per pet. Please contact the office for more details. We are open for in person tours! We are excited to offer virtual tours via Skype, FaceTime and What's App.

I’ve been living here for a few months now and it’s been amazing! I moved from across the street because I love the neighborhood but didn’t love my old apartment. Being here for the past couple months has been like a breath of fresh air. The concierge staff (here 24/7) is awesome, both super friendly and helpful; and the leasing office was great to work with. They made the application process as smooth and easy as possible, even with a co-signer. The views from my balcony are beautiful, and I love using the steam room and sauna. Another thing I enjoy is being attached to the market next door

Management staff is so rude. when they talk to us about complains they act like they're giving us a favor or like their own apartment. we dont even stay in the apartment maybe like one week a month because of our job. sometimes not in there like two months. We got two complains and they threaten us like you will be kicked out of the house. yes they use that sentence "YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT OF THE HOUSE" instead of discussing the issue. Can Management staff talk to us like that? no, I dont think so!!!!!

I recently moved in to the Churchill Apartments and I am very happy with my stay here. The process applying and moving in was great and fast, Thmaris Richardson and Brandon were the staff that helped with my process and I highly recommend them both if you are looking for any questions or thinking about moving in. I love the upstairs pool and sauna. I work long hours so coming home to those amenities make my day. The views! My apartment has the greatest view of downtown and it is absolutely breath taking coming home ever day to it. I highly recommend living here!

The location and views are about the only good things about this place. Troy and Trevor, who are the manager are very kind and as helpful as they can be. The rest of the staff are least caring people I've seen at buildings and some of the worst customer/tenant service. The building’s been dealing with cockroach issues from messy neighbors. The elevators are constantly breaking, the garage doors for driving constantly have issues, cars have been broken into in the secure area, along with that if someone parks in your assigned spot which you pay for then your kind of SOL and have to go find somewhere

Moving from TN to MN, Churchill apartment was a wonderful place to stay. Specifically their 2 patio apartments having both city view and the river side view at the same time. The apartments have lots of closet space and good enough space to set all your furniture in. It a wonderful view from the apartment while you sip a nice cup of coffee or enjoy the snow. Kitchen is very spacious and lots of cabinets. The Churchill management are very welcoming and lovely people. Special thanks to Jamie to help in a seamless transition to our new home here. Trevor and Jamie make a great team providing best tenant

Just recently moved into the Churchill and the staff has been a pleasure to work with. Jamie at the leasing office made my move go really smoothly. Pam the concierge staff is really helpful, I got locked out one evening and she let me in my apartment right away. I had an issue and put in a ticket for the maintenance crew to fix and the very next day it was resolved! A+ for the staff at the Churchill!

I moved in last weekend, and between accommodating all my various move in requests and questions I was treated with quick and friendly responses. The first day I noticed my stove wasn’t quite working right and I put in a maintenance request and had brand new sparkling stove the next day. I love being so close to the river and the bars and restaurants of north loop (when they ever open).

I was faced with the challenge of abruptly moving from Boston to Minneapolis during a national pandemic. Needless to say, the timing was less than desirable; however, the Churchill staff made this as literally painless as moving could be. They were incredibly prompt and communicated well, had so much patience with my questions, concerns and… virtual touring. Once moved in, they were so incredibly hospitable - really went above and beyond (while displaying proper social distancing recommendations) to give me everything I needed to make the move in as stress free as possible. I have lived in this building for a very long time. I moved out because it was very difficult during the remodel because I ived on the top floor, and they jackhammered over my head for nine months. I get it was necessary, but as I work nights and they start at 7 AM it was very difficult for me. I moved to two other buildings and came back. I really… love this place. It is quiet given the brick and mortar structure of the building, with the new apartments don’t have. Even though I live a half a block away for a year and a half, I don’t have grass areas anywhere to walk my dog
