Best place I've lived. The location is perfect—you're nested between the bustling North Loop and charming St. Anthony Main. It's a quick walk to Whole Foods and the building sits above a Starbucks. Amenities are great. You have a wading pool in the summer, club room with views of the Grain Belt sign, fire pits, a fully equipped gym, and more. Every aspect of the design is thoughtful.
What really made our experience is the management. The whole team exceeds, but special thanks to Tori who made our many living accommodations so seamless. She went above and beyond to meet our needs and we're forever

I love living at Maverick. I cannot say enough nice things about this apartment. The residents are very friendly (smiles, hi/hello at the hallway/elevator) and the property management is very efficient and friendly. They respond so quickly with emails, inquiries and repairs. The building is beautiful too, with top of the line amenities and services. You can definitely see how it is maintained really well and location is super! So I would definitely say you really get what you pay for and would recommend it to anyone looking to move in Minneapolis. Unfortunately, I have to be leaving soon to nyc

My husband and I LOVE living at The Maverick. We moved from NJ in April and it's quickly become our new home (away from what's been home for 30+ years). The building is incredible with wonderful amenities, the apartments are gorgeous, but most importantly the team that works there is stellar. Jamie and Ben are always super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help you whenever you need it. It's so nice to see their friendly faces every day. They really do make it feel like a community. I'm so thankful we found this place. :)

Love, love, love this apartment complex. The apartments are modern and warm, the amenities are impeccable, the building is clean and well maintained, and the location is perfect. The walls are thick, so there’s no noise from neighbors. And honestly, even if there was, it probably wouldn’t bother me much because the people who live here are so friendly. If you’ve got a pupper or two, there’s a nice dog-run area and dog bathing area that makes pet life so easy. The staff always responds to emails within an hour or two, and are all friendly and helpful. Not to mention, Starbucks is right down

The year that we've been at Maverick has been really enjoyable, we absolutely LOVE our little nest in the city! We have lived in several different places throughout the years in Mpls and Maverick is by far our favorite.The team here from management to maintenance is wonderful, we are always greeted with a friendly smile and sincere kindness.
We're definitely looking forward to renewing our lease and being Maverick's for another year.

Probably the nicest complex I have entered in the Minneapolis area. The decor and vibe is unique, its cozy and "homey" feeling. Unique chairs and couches line the lobby, with a coffee/tea area and some games such as shuffle board. Makes you want to sit down and do some work in the lobby on your laptop while enjoying a cup of coffee. They even have water that comes out of a beer tap - really driving home how the aesthetic of this place is unlike any other places that I have seen.

Awesome place to live! The amenities and management can't be beat. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The Maverick also has everything you could ever want in a building - super dog friendly and includes a dog run, pool, rooftop deck, party room, exercise room, and the lobby is perfect to hang out in and work. So happy we moved here :)

Location is absolutely ideal. Amenities? Perfection. Plenty of welcoming and perfectly-designed common areas. Staff is top-notch (can't say enough about how impressed I am with the staff here). The design of the homes themselves is impeccable. I love all of the finishes and fixtures. Dog walk area is awesome and a great place to meet your neighbors.
