I didn't have a good experience. I used the $125 coupon. The work he did fell out. It was for a front tooth. I changed dentists to have the damage repaired. Prescott Dental Arts would not release my images without charging me a hefty sum, because I used the coupon. The office manager I spoke to said that there's a note on the coupon that states there is a fee for these images. I did not see this note on Prescott Dental Arts web page or Facebook page, although it could have been in paperwork I signed. I'm happy with my new dentist.
