LOVE the apartment and community - everything is so nice and the updates are awesome. I just feel like office didn’t communicate mail box number, how Valet trash works very well, and other little details about how the community works. Office staff is very nice and the whole move-in process was very easy and Sydney called me week before my move in with an apt in a better location and it’s PERFECT!

My girlfriend and I have toured Point hope a few times now. Each experience more pleasant than the last. The staff are very friendly and have been very helpful in answering any questions we had. The property is refreshing, well taken care of and within walking distance of some shops and a Publix, which adds to the convenience of the location. We have worked with Paxton's representative, Laura, in the past and are pleased to be working with her again for a new lease.

Sydney was super friendly and helped us with every step along the way. She always called us back if she wasn't available at the time and was able to answer all of our questions perfectly. The apartments themselves were very well taken care of. We chose this place for the many things it offered... such as: a gym that well exceeds our needs, proximity to surrounding areas... work, beach, downtown, spacious layout of the interior... etc... Highly recommend calling Sydney and making an appointment to visit.

Looking forward to my move and new experience as a resident at Paxton Point! Although I haven’t interacted with the rest of the leasing staff I have had the pleasure of working with Anthony for the last few days, who was very kind, knowledgeable, patient and professional. The application process was fairly easy and straight forward. The community overall is well kept and beautiful… most importantly the apartments are reasonably priced for what is offered!

My wife and I are moving to Charleston soon and were looking for a place to call home. Paxton Point was our first pick and we are so glad we chose them! My experience with Paxton has been great. Anthony was outstanding from day 1 when I came to see the apartment. Paxton team went beyond my expectations the day I moved into the apartment. The application process was easy and smooth, all my questions were answered super quick. The property amenities and the apartments are beautiful and modern. All the people I have met are super nice and friendly. Look for Anthony, he will take care of you with the best customer service and support.
