Services
Redstone Property Management stands on the principle that we are obligated to protect what may be your most valuable asset - your home. Our mission is to exceed our customer's expectations by providing the highest level of customer service, professionalism, and industry experience. We achieve these goals by providing courteous service, availability, continuing education and attention to all details, great and small.
Please briefly describe the nature of your work order. You will receive a response within 1-2 business days. If this is an emergency please call our office for immediate service. If the Association's contractor completes the work order but the work is found to be the co-owners responsibility then co-owner will be charged for the repair.
An accurate sketch with proper measurements will be required for any deck, patio, and significant exterior or landscaping changes. The Board of Directors will review your request in a timely manner. The more information you supply will allow the approval process to move more quickly. All contractors working in the Association must be properly licensed and insured.

They recently bought the apartment complex that I live in. I emailed them several days ago to see if my month-to-month lease is still going to stand or if I need to start looking for a new place because I was planning on buying a house in the spring and I haven't heard anything. I just called their phone for 15 minutes straight and never got in touch with anybody... I guess I have my answer. I wouldn't do business with these people unless you absolutely have to...

Redstone is a pleasure to work with and is one of the most reputable and hard working property management companies in West Michigan. They are very organized as compared to other management companies and I would recommend them to any condo or homeowners association.

Our condo association must find another management company! Redstone property management is horrible. They only care about making sure the board members are pleased but not the Association members!

Unprofessional, terrible non existent service. Rude personnel , never answer phone or emails. Doubtful anyone is in the office most of the time. A former lawn service person managing properties laughable as individual can’t manage his way out of passing customer service 101, zero property knowledge.
Unorganized. If we could rate them more negative we would. Agree with others, would not hire anyone who works there.

Horrible! Rude and unprofessional! Calls and emails not returned, do not take responsibility for constant mistakes. Constant Excuses or ignore requests. Keep adding properties Without adequate staff to handle. As stated in other reviews, Wish there was a negative rating. No surprise Associations are severing ties with RPM.

If I could give this management company a negative score, that would be too high. This is one of the worse property management companies in the area. HORRIBLE customer service from the owner and the workers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to manage a dog house.

I would NEVER recommend working with Redstone Property Management. As a resident in a community they manage, they are incompetent, inconsiderate, and lack follow through. I have NEVER received a call back to a maintenance emergency without having to make at least 5 calls. They routinely do not reply to phone messages, and their hours of operation are minimal and more cushy than banks (9am-4:30pm, and FREQUENTLY closed Fridays or Mondays).
STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM A PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION WITH THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!
