these people don't even do their jobs, we moved out of our house the day before our lease ended and i stopped by to see if a package had gotten delivered there by mistake and found EVICTION papers taped to the door. keys are in the mailbox and had anyone actually came to check the property they would have realized the home was VACANT.

Simple Home Management has been great to work with. The whole team is very personable. Having been a landlord and tenant in the past, I understand it can be tough to navigate keeping it all upright. Jesika and Pablo do a good job of answering questions and concerns if any. Jon is very knowledgeable and runs a tight ship and will help workout any questions that arise. Really liked the way they handled business and the whole rental experience.

We've been using Simple Property Management for a little under a year now. They manage our single family home in Grand Rapids, Mi. We are more than happy with their services. As a Carpenter and Licensed Home Inspector I am a hands on kind of guy but Jon takes care of the house and leasing so well that I am completely hands off. He makes very good decisions for us and we've been happy with all of them so far.

I had one maintenance issue and within a half hour a plumber called me to set up a appointment. Very impressive on how fast Jesika and Pablo and Simple Property Management react to anything a renter is having issues with.
The process was very simple. From the application, the signing of the lease, to making the deposit/first months rent.
