If you have an After-Hours/Weekend/Holiday Emergency Maintenance Request, then please call 616-726-2334. You will need to provide a description of what the issue is and you'll need to upload photos as well so we can best understand the issue and better know which contractor would be most appropriate for the situation, etc.

Qwest Property Management is proud to offer our residents a Resident Benefits Package which was designed to provide protection and convenience to our residents. Pending your application approval, all lease agreements and Residents with Qwest Property Management are automatically enrolled in our Resident Benefits Package which is currently $29.00 per month.

For anyone out there looking to rent a place or are on the other side and you need a property managed, do not pass up the opportunity to work with Qwest Property. Kevin and his team always take care of the renters (if there happen to be any problems) in a crazy fast manner. And as far as an owner working with this team, we'll let me just say, DONT make the mistake of trying any other management company in G.R or surrounding area. Working with Kevin and Qwest has been hassle-free from day1. Kevin is an utmost professional right from when he sets up the first inspection with you. I was an out of state owner of a rental property and Kevin's team had managed it for me. The communications were impeccable in quality and thorough. The only things I would like to see is better accessibility to Kevin during the process , I understand he might be busy but sometimes it's better to hear a voice when we are in the process of taking decisions. My rental experience with Qwest Property Management has been excellent. Kevin's professionalism and attention to detail far exceeds that of any rental company or complex that I have used in the past. Any maintenance issues were quickly repaired and the communication between myself and Qwest was always prompt. Qwest and Kevin are a life saver! Qwest has managed my property for years and I have had no issues. It has made my life as a property owner so much better because using them takes away all of the headaches of finding good quality tenants, collection of rent and dealing with property maintenance (and phone calls at 1 am because a tenant locked themselves out of the house!) Qwest is a very nice company to work with. Kevin takes control of the entire rental process and as an owner, you don't have to do anything! Kevin handles all the paperwork and sends you a monthly statement. Rental money is automatically deposited to any account you want. It really is that easy! Great job Kevin!

Great company, highly recommended. Qwest has been managing my rental property for approx. two years now and I couldn't be any more pleased. Kevin and his team are great: professional, efficient, knowledgeable and reliable. My roommates and I had a really pleasant experience renting from Qwest PM. In our time renting from Qwest, we never had any issues with management, maintenance people, or the home. Kevin (the owner) was always very polite and respectful to us, and he was always available by phone or email when we had questions or concerns. The home was well taken care of before we moved in, and they came by to perform maintenance when needed (furnace filters, smoke detectors, etc.).
