When we had something that needed attention we got a hold of a person and pronto they were asking how they could help TIM was very helpful even when he had to evict he was so nice as he could be and never was mean or spiteful i felt i can go to him and UNITED PROPERTIES with a request and im respected and made to feel important thank you for making me feel like i mattered in all the ways a tenant should be treated they care and TIM is always helpful and will get right to the matter glad to know united and TIM chris and bruce

Avoid this company. Half of the units we looked at were not up to code. Our unit came with fleas, and when we tried to rectify it they said they are not legally required to monitor for pests. It's in our lease agreement that they need to provide a pest free environment. We've put in multiple maintenace requests and nothing has been fixed. We lost heat and they didn't bring us space heaters while the furnace was being fixed. It takes a few days at least to get an answer from anyone in the office.

I rented an apartment through United Properties for 3 years. Every complaint I ever had was handled within hours of me submitting the complaint. The United team was great at communicating changes and I could tell they truly cared about their renters. I would definitely rent from them again :)

If you don't mind being lied to on a regular basis this is the place for you. It would take me too long to address everything we dealt with, but in summary. Do not trust anything said, make sure you get multiple forms of verification and even with that you may be screwed over by a policy change (oh without you being notifed at the time of the change only when you call then on it the policy magically appears.)
Departments do not communicate well and you suffer as a result. At lease end I was billed for several things that were either sent in as maintenance requests/marked on my move in statement

We ran into some hiccups upon moving in that we needed addressed promptly. It took a little time to get things together but once the cabinets and W/D were available, they were very quick to assist us with getting them installed. We are especially please with the contractor Enoch who was very professional, skilled, and timely about getting all of our needs met. Thank you!

Tons of fake reviews. Moved us into a house with bed bugs and mice. Do not trust these guys. They charge for "pet inspection" and cant get the address right. Then when your utilities companies are confuse about who lives there because "it doesn't appear to be an apartment." Overall fed up and can't believe you can get ridden like this legally. Side note is they had known about the infestation for at least a year, almost 2 now. They moved new people in and didn't tell them either. Pest control is surprised, you either better have a good lawyer or just avoid these guys all together. Nothing less

I am very much happy with United Properties. I have used them for a few years now for my rentals. Tiffany (service director) is super helpful and professional when I need help. Alexandra (leasing) is all round rock star for leasing out places and is super responsive. I would highly recommend UPM for any rental property owner who wants peace of mind.

I use to work for United property as one of there Maintenance guy. I do say there is sometimes where I look back and wish I had stayed. For anyone that is looking for a great job and up for an amazing expires and a FAMILY this is the company to be at. The team is one best team I have ever seen or had worked with. Never seen a company more involved and that goes out of there way for there tenants and there employs...as you read on the reviews if there is not a 5 star that just someone that didn't get there way but they need to know that it not united that can make the call on updates or on some
