I am not a resident, however I wanted to share a story with you, which reflects on how this community is. I purchased something through fb market place from someone who lives in this community. I was unable to fit the shelf in my car & did not have the proper tool. I called the front office & the ladies in the office were so helpful & had someone from maintenance help Me out. Damian was so generous and kind to help me take apart this shelf & put it into my car. Just so nice to come across good genuine people. Oh and the community is beautiful !! Very quiet & pretty :)

If you are looking to live at a place that truly cares for its residents, you’ve found it! Encore is by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in, and the only apartment I’ve ever felt 100%safe to live my life to the fullest. You can’t go wrong with the amazing amenities and the fast response rate of the management team, specifically Christa the property manager!

Really great hidden gem in Greensboro. The apartment units are super nice and I find that the 1 bedroom gives you a lot of value for 1k.
The pool is obviously their greatest asset. Salt water, stays open. Unfortunately some outside visitors have started abusing the hospitality of this place as they can access the pool by reaching their arms over the gate. I think a simple fob access for residents would fix this issue. Just like the gym, which is super nice!
Staff is very nice and seem responsive and kind. They could make the apartment halls look nicer by painting the floors. They are a bit dirty

Encore North is one of the most beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place I have lived. The amenities are excellent, the apartment location is perfect (relative to all city life), the staff is super supportive and welcoming, and I enjoy the several social events and other activities that the management organizes. Hats off to their efforts. I would highly encourage others to be a part of this welcoming community.

Encore North did a wonderful job of helping tenants during the pandemic. From having a walking course around the area to getting food trucks to come to us and helping with packages at the holidays, they have done a wonderful job. Sean on the maintenance crew is wonderful and is so quick to help when you have a problem and just seems to have such a joy when helping people. They do a great job of keeping on top of rules and regulations so Encore North maintains its reputation as quality apartment living.

The office staff is such a delightful and hardworking group of people! Not only do I feel so comfortable and familiar with every single one of them, I also see how much hard work they put in to make sure each person living in this community is fully satisfied with their living situations! I also want to point out how clean and so welcoming the community is!! Everyone seems so nice, even the residents who I crossed paths with!!

From the time I started living at Encore North until now, I have experienced nothing but professionalism, help, support and genuine concern from Christa, Marla and the staff.
The community is terrific and we have a lot of fun here. It is always a pleasure to come home after a day of work to Encore North. Hats off to a great community and great staff - I would highly recommend living here!
