Though on the higher price end, the apartments are great. You get your own bathroom and in-apartment washer/dryer. If you go to UNCG, it's a great location just down the street 8-minute walk to campus. The community is very big, but you have a 24/7 gym which is great for late or early work outs. Putting a work order in takes at most one day to get resolved.

Very nice place to live but I hate to say that leasing office does not take residents concerns seriously. My roommates and I were gone for a week and had a trash violation for loose trash when we were not home. Went to leasing office to have the issue resolve, one of the leasing mangers was very rude and unprofessional.

This is my second student apartment in the Greensboro area, and it is by far the best experience I’ve had so far. The facilities are always clean l, and I never have any noise complaints. I enjoy the coffee bar and monthly resident activities the most. 9/10 recommendation. My only reason for this rating is because I was under the impression that all the apartments had wooden flooring, which unfortunately was not the case. Other than that, my experience has been superb

The leasing office has been notified of bugs that our last roommate left here over a month ago. We have notified the office three times and they still have not done anything about it. I went to the office this morning and the manager Andrew who has known, since late May, has yet to do anything about it. The leasing office does not actually care for their residents, they make it seem like we pay for high quality service but I haven’t received it

This was my second year living at UV, and I will not be renewing a third. Last year, I had not had any issues, I had been matched with good roommates, which is the main part of the reason I chose to renew. During the course of only four months I had one of the most stressful and horrible living experiences ever. Something to note is that our lease states that UV is not obligated to do background checks and that University Village is not strictly for students. After one of my roommates found a subleaser using twitter and moved out, we were told that we would have a new roommate within 48 hours.

In the beginning, I found this apartment in the summer of last year during COVID for fall semester. When we first got there, the Front Desk was confused when we said that we had a campus tour appointment. The tour was okay, I think it would have been better to just do a virtual tour because the tour was very fast and didn’t seem welcoming. I mainly enjoyed the leasing office due to it being renovated. Fast forward a bit, I personally choose random roommates for a 4x4. The room selection process didn’t seem difficult, it was over the phone with a person from the front desk. It was quite helpful

I recently transferred to NC A&T and moved here from Detroit and these apartments are exactly what I was looking for! Clean, enough space, and nicely furnished! Also, the location, price, and customer service are top notch! Maintenance always comes within 24 hours and fixes the issue immediately! You get what you pay for with student housing. 10/10, I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone that attends UNG or NC A&T :)
