I lived in the Edge for two years during graduate school and it was a very positive experience all the way around. 1.) The units are pretty much the most affordable in the area and the location is on a quiet street, but is VERY accessible to stores, restaurants and bars in the area; 2.) The maintenance staff are very responsive; and, 3.) Brittany Burney, the Property Manager is awesome and always ready to help! She is always pleasant to be around and has excellent customer service! I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone who is new to the area and needs a reliable, comfortable place to

The only good thing about this complex is that it is very close to UNCG. My granddaughter stays here and she has had the worst experience! Her apartment and vehicle was broken into. It took an hour for Greensboro Police to arrive and the complex has done nothing to ensure the residences safety. These incidents happened in October and November and no cameras have been installed. This complex is right beside the train making it very unsafe and noisy! While visiting her, homeless people were camped out in-front of the complex drinking and smoking. Unfortunately, she is having to renew her lease due

Read this full review if you want a honest answer as to how The Edge is. The best parts of this place are its close proximity to UNCG and it all inclusive rent plan that includes all utilities. It’s around $530 monthly for your own room, bathroom, and walk in closet with a shared kitchen and small sitting room. It is exactly what you need for when you’re in college or just getting out on your own. Some of the drawbacks is that there has been break ins when things have been left unlocked but this is common in Greensboro not just at The Edge. Keep your cars and doors locked in general. They have

Having stayed here at The Edge for over two years now I have to say how much I love this complex. To my neighbors and the friendly office staff there’s always a place to call home. Having moved in from the start the cleanliness of the apartment was the best selling point as well as how close it is to the colleges that surround downtown Greensboro.
The Edge is more than a place to stay it’s a community I call home, and one I plan to call home until I graduate.

I just renewed my lease! I have to say this place is awesome and management is professional and friendly, especially Brittany (she is the best). If you go to UNCG and you’re looking for an apartment, this’s definitely your best choice. I highly recommend this place.

Been living at the Edge for about 2 years now. Management is amazing and the staff is super friendly. The only problem I had was being accidentally locked out my room by offsite maintenance but they came and opened it for me free of charge. The Socials are fun and the pool is a great convenience during the summer

The absolute best location in distance to campus I could've asked for. It is down the street from UNCG and make walking to and fro not a problem, you are also near walgreens, CVS, and a few small restaurants. The staff is also very friendly and the occasional free food events are very nice. The rooms are spacious with private baths that would be welcome to anyone who has lived on campus. However it is right next to the train tracks but if you are a heavy sleeper or don't mind wearing earplugs you will get used to it. The only true problem for me is the wifi. It is extremely slow if you are on the

Been here two years and it was good before management changed. I got robbed and my maintenance requests always took longer than 3 days to complete. Only two buildings have alarms on their apartments and the rest are pretty bad. Wouldn’t recommend

Internet is so frustrating BUT it's worth it because of it's extremely short distance from campus and they actually care about their residents and there's literally nowhere else to go unless you got the friend hookup. Free food events are awesome. Clean, nice interior/exteriors. A wee bit pricey. If the wifi was strong this place would be PERFECT.

I've lived here for one semester so far and it's a great complex. The managers are nice and always available and friendly and frequently host events with free food. The rent is reasonable, especially because water, wifi and cable are covered and there's a $65 electricity allowance. There is a train that passed by about every half hour but the noise isn't as disruptive as you'd expect. The wifi is a little slow at time of night when everyone in the neighborhood is online at the same time. I've had to deal with two domestic violence situations with different neighbors in my building and there have
