This applies to Crystal Lake Townhomes In Greensboro, NC. The staff and residence itself.
RUN! Don't EVER consider moving to these townhomes. Where do I start...
#1. Maintenance is non existent. They can not keep maintenance personnel AT ALL!
#2. PESTS. Roaches, mice, lizards, ants, spiders you name it... Centipede issue EVERY SUMMER was just ridiculous.
#3. Property managers couldn't care less about their jobs. Can never reach them at the office and they genuinely tend to just not care about your problems but expect rent to be on time every month.
Please consider moving elsewhere. Save yourself

I've lived at Bolton's Landing for 6 years.
I've never missed a payment.
I'm disabled and left a small box at the " hub " to come back later to retrieve. I was fined $25 the next morning. I honestly forgot to go back and get it.
However , on my walk about today I've photographed about 15 apartments with filthy garbage bags and boxes outside their doors. Also , the garbage compactor is mostly NOT working and want disabled people like me to lunge the bags and boxes overhead just to take out our trash.
Shame on them.

My child just moved to one of the properties. when, after 2 weeks trying to get in touch with a live person onsite failed, I reached out to Carroll Management. When the lady returned my call, she brushed me off immediately. I understand the current issue in the world but it should not take 2 weeks for any management property to get issues in an apartment resolved... such as no hot water since day one moving in.... I DO NOT and WOULD NEVER recommend living in any of the Carroll Properties.

I wish I never rented here with them in Beckstone. I was definitely mislead, pay over what I should been exposed to mold, a broken gate every other day. No good amenities for anyone living here. Just my worst first mistake and trying to contact them and get a response is the worst!

Worst property management every! Stay away!!! I recently moved into a NEW complex with Carroll Companies. Understandably due to corona virus we were not able to get key to apartment until lease was signed. They were great about providing photos and video of the exact unit I was moving into.
Now, this is a brand new complex.... Their website mentions ALL "luxury" amenities, pool, dry spa, leash free pet park, car care center, gate entrances, movie theater room, etc. Moved in May 2020 and NONE of these amenities were complete!! Many not even started!!!! Almost 2 months later, no change. All other

Excellence in apartment living. We are in heaven,we have found a home in Greymont as we transition from our busy lives in New Jersey. From the start as a walk in Jonathan has made this move as stress less as possible, THANK YOU! !Samantha is awesome too, very knowledgeable about the area , she gave us excellent recommendations where to eat , shop and who to help unload our furniture! Our apartment has amazing views , its roomy and cozy! We feel like we are home!

I lived in one of their apartment complexes in TN for a year, four years ago. I had a mold issue from a refrigerator leak underneath the wall that they just... aired out with an industrial fan. No mold treatment, nothing. Also beware, they'll try to charge you fees upon moving out, never tell you about them, and rack up double the original amount in "late fees" and send you to a collections agency. I've tried emailing and calling the office and someone who is supposed to be with RE Carroll Mgmt (the office gave me her email after trying for days), with no return emails. They're honestly really
