The amount of visitor parking vs the amount of empty spaces is rediculous. Don't swing by to see your friend for a few or you'll get a 160$ boot on your car while you stare at the 30 plus empty spots in the parking lot. I swear the management has a crooked deal with the boot company. Nice job Greenway, such a wonderful company đź‘Źsince I can't reply to the property owners response , I'll note the time was 1130 and we parked in the same row as the visitor parking , where for some reason they have only 8-10 spots and two unmarked spots right by the dumpster. Why set a row along the back and leave

I lived there for 2 years. I liked living in Greensboro. The first day I moved in I had ants, and the apt wasn’t clean - I walked through the apartment barefoot and had black soles. But they fixed both issues immediately. During the 4th of July I would sit on my balcony and watch the fire works they would set off from the stadium. They also have fire works after some of the baseball games - and we would get tickets to go for free. I never had enough time in my schedule to go except for once. I would leave the French doors open during the spring and it would feel so nice. The one bedroom apartments

Lived here with my wife for about 2 years. We had the largest unit they offer. By far the best apartments we’ve lived in. Although amenities are limited due to Covid, the pool and social areas are now available to guests applying social distancing. Before the “Pandy” there would be no complaints as they rectify every situation. Even let us out of our lease due to Covid. Truly the best apartments for the price, location, and amenities in Greensboro;if you could afford it. Perfect place for the young professional, the retiree, or the college kid that has mommy and daddy to foot the bill. Either

Staff was AMAZING from the start to finish. The amenities offered are extraordinary even though we couldn't take advantage of everything due to covid. The only really complaint I have; the tetenats above us were loud and seemed to be moving stuff all the time. If I had to do it again, I would choose the top floor vs the 1st floor.
I truly appreciate how everyone in the office goes above and beyond to make tenants and guest feel welcomed and like family.

Greenway at Fisher Park staff is helpful with making everyday life easy and enjoyable. They are creative in how they have taken care of their tenants during COVID and still comply with state and city regulations. We’ve had delicious food trucks several times a month, this week they held a free fresh market and had some delicious food trucks. When COVID first started they gave us some everyday essentials that were hard to find. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and creativity.

Greenway is a great place to live! It’s convenient to downtown restaurants, bars, and the ballpark. (We could even see the fireworks after the weekend games from our apartment!). The amenities are excellent, and the staff is friendly. They work hard to maintain the property and the community standards. We really enjoyed our time living at Greenway!

I can’t recommend this place enough! Fantastic place to live as a transplant to Greensboro. Perfect location downtown within walking distance of multiple restaurants, a grocery store, and anything else you might need. The staff are honestly the best of any apartment complex I’ve ever lived in; super responsive, engaged, and care about their residents. I’ve made so many great friends here at the monthly events! Most importantly, the apartments are quiet when it matters, facilities are maintained well, and the amenities can’t be beat.

I've lived in Greenway for a little over year. I absolutely love this place. The apartments are laid out perfectly for tons of space and storage, great kitchen space, and the french doors and windows to the balconies give so much light to the apartment. My apartment has polished concrete floors (some have hardwood) and that's a rare find in an apartment.
