Our extensive selection of layouts provide incredibly spacious floor plans ranging from 537sf to 1,145sf, ensuring maximum flexibility and comfortability within your new home. ZAG was constructed to provide the best of modern functionality.

We enjoy the urban living experience and have found the ZAG to be the perfect Omaha complex for us.Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just off Leavenworth is apartment living at its best. A brand new complex, the ZAG offers us a comfortable retreat with an eco-friendly environment. We enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated outdoor pool, state of the art grills, and a fire-side seating area. The workout room is well-equipped.

After being offered a job in Omaha I had to uproot my life from Dallas in matter of weeks. In only a few days, I received video walk-thrus, floor plans, and multiple email exchanges to help me understand what I was getting into. Melissa and Blythe were accommodating and understanding--making me feel at home right away. I've enjoyed every minute of living at the Zag from recycling and garden plots to the heated pool and community events! 10/10 recommend :)

This is a great, new apartment complex. It’s very modern and has nice amenities. The leasing staff are friendly. The common areas are gorgeous. The finishes in the units are top notch and look amazing. It’s such an artistic, well-done property. I love it! Plus, it’s right in the middle of Midtown, Aksarben, and Dundee.
