I have lived at the spaces for over a year and my apartment has flooded twice , issues hasn't seem to be solved. There are alot of suspicious people walking around and lurking on the side of the complex on 29th street. I would get homeless people jumping down onto my patio, knocking on my sliding door. Packages has been stolen out of the package room. I had 4 plants stolen from my patio.
I had personal property stolen in the underground parking area. I thought it was a safe apartment but more suspicious people have moved in mainly people of darker color.
I will be relocating and finding a more

This is how omaha nebraska helps it’s residents by harassing and not working with us. We paid $250 of our rent this month and they still send this and they won’t forgive our $75 late fee so we will eat behind the next month. They will not do an agreed payments in installments during a pandemic my student loan hasn’t come yet and my wife’s unemployment hasn’t come yet cause it’s Labor Day weekend thanks Nebraska.

I had cockroaches in my apartment. The apartment manager went through my personal belongings and mail and stated I was responsible for the extermination charges because some of the mail packages in my apartment came from overseas locations (she claimed they came into my apartment from the mail). I don't appreciate staff going through my personal belongings or mail in my apartment without my consent. That is not an acceptable way to operate.

I lived here for four years while in graduate school and I'd say I used to love the initial staff. However, the turn over rate for staff is horrible and their is very little continuity. Consequently, before I moved out I was quoted a price for my outstanding fees (rent, utilities, etc.). But when I moved out, I received an invoice that depleted my entire security deposit ($300) and added additional fees amounting +$300. I expressed my disdain to management, they removed some of the fees, but I still had to pay. I gave the apartment 3 stars because the amenities are really nice and make the apartment

SPACES has the most RACIST management. They deducted more than $100 from my security deposit when I was vaccating saying, "There was food smell". I never cooked any meat at my house. Also, if someone lives there , he/she will cook and some smell is always there. I have lived in more than 5 properties and no one ever charged me for "Food Smell".
Indians use a lot of different spices in there food. I strictly advice all Indian s to stay away from this property unless they will charge un necessary charges

In a mix up of addresses I had $500 in packages get shipped to my previous apartment with this company. They confirmed finding the packages, however upon arrival to pick them up, the manager said that they had been stolen from behind the front desk (a building that has security cameras) but it was not their problem. If you're looking for an apartment complex with trustworthy people that care, look elsewhere.

Cool, grungy apartment feel with a nice amount of apartment space and a decent gym to keep you busy and comfy.
Their front lobby area is really quite cool, they have a plentiful amount of couches, chairs, desks, etc for you lounge on or just to spend a little time studying at.
The community area in the back has a pool, small basketball court, patio area, and bonfire to keep you cool in the summer and warm at night.
Apartment space isn't bad at all.. was in Old Market before this and the layout here seems much more inviting and intuitive as to where your furniture should go and how to layout

The people who work at the front desk are lazy to a certain extent. When something needs done like getting a simple gate fixed so people can enter their apartment, its been broke for at least 2 months... and is still broken. Today the water is shut off. No notice of course, just a "oh I'm sorry it'll be back on at the end of the day," whenever the end of the day is. Also, when we moved in to our place, it was still really dirty and still needed to be cleaned for sure. When we decided to move into the apartments here, they talked about how great the dog park would be... This "dog park" is a tiny

The staff and ambiance are great, but the there's noise and parking issues. Love the amenities, but can't stand having to pay $85/mo per car (we have 2) to be guaranteed a parking spot. We already pay rent, a guaranteed parking spot should be included. Though muffled, I hear everything my neighbors say and I can tell they're not even talking loudly. Then there's the courtyard. People stay up late, very late, and you hear everything. Which is unfortunate. We were sold on the idea that we would have these great amenities, but we were told we wouldn't be disturbed by them either. We've complained

I love living at SPACES! I moved here because of the community feel and wanting to meet new people. I have met so many new friends from all over the states. Being located right in midtown is also the best. With Midtwon Crossing only about a block away and the nightlife of downtown is only a $5 uber drive. I would definitely suggest living here, you will not regret it.
