Red flag alert!
Was interested In these lofts until I was actually shown the building (which took forever for someone to call me back to schedule) The unit I was shown was filthy. The unit next to it was recently flooded and their fix was to just let fans run on it, which of course made the whole unit smell like mold. For what they charge here, it’s absolutely ridiculous.
Don’t waste your money.

The walls don’t go all the way up. And I hope you like baby couches because any normal sized couch won’t fit in the freight elevator.

Just don’t live here. Constant issues with heat / AC. Rent is expensive and, yes, the walls don’t even touch the ceiling. Management is hard to reach and has never successfully mitigated any issue we’ve had.

Yikes! We recently moved back into town and thankfully only signed a 6 month lease. Unfortunately, we should have seen the red flags from the jump, starting with the applicate process. We moved into a dirty apartment, which promised would be cleaned prior to move in. I could honestly make a list of issues we had within 6 months but what it boils down to is horrible management. I hope they get it together because this building is so cool, pretty disappointing.

The building is beautiful brick & wonderfully located. It could be an exceptional experience, but management seems to be on a downward spiral. My AC unit has been out for 3 weeks with no end in sight while temps have regularly been above 90. It went out last summer, as well but wasn’t replaced then when it clearly should have been. The people we have met who work for the management company are wonderful, but something is obviously wrong behind the scenes. First floor often smells like trash, main elevator was broken recently for awkwardly too long (so we all rode the slow & distopic-looking service

Possibly the worst place I’ve ever lived. Upon move in the apartment was dirty, by December my apartment was 52 degrees consistently and they told me the heater and A/C were replaced before move in, it got down to 43 degrees and I called emergency maintenance. He confirmed the heater had been broken. I constantly had little brown bugs. When summer hit the A/C was broken and they again refused to believe it was broken and I called maintenance once again, they ignored and dodged my calls. I threatened to cut my lease and finally got an answer and it was fixed the next day.... convenient. Finally

AVOID! Under new [local] management! Other complexes under this management include the Old Market Lofts, Skinner Macaroni, L14, L15, Jones 13, and quite a few others around town. I fought with local staff and corporate staff regarding my inadequate AC performance for 4 months. The end result "yeah, we aren't fixing it - it is running fine" Well, 84 in my bedroom at 12am is not "running fine". My curtain has been broken 4 months and is just dangling there. I had leaking in the roof and was offered buckets as a fix for the winter. There is still water damage in the walls. 4 months ago, something

Jody has been nothing but amazing! She helped us with a transfer request to Skinner. Not only do we love the apartment, but we love the service we have received from Jody. She always kept us laughing with her sense of humor and positive attitude. She has made this experience the best it could be. She has been prompt in returning our calls and emails. She listened to our concerns and helped us find a solution. Hands down, this was the best experience I have had with an apartment manager and complex. I am very impressed.

So far so good. One of quietest places I’ve lived in. Neighbors are friendly and easy access to downtown and the old market.

Great place to live! Very close to everything downtown. Would recommend!

I absolutely love living here. The location is great, and the staff is even better.
