Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. I love the location! It’s close to several shopping centers, close to the interstate. The property manager does her best to get issues resolved in a timely manner. As much as I’d love to feel like I’m the only resident, I fully understand that there are over 100 residents she has to take care of. Regardless, I feel like every time I walk into the office, I am recognized! Communication is solid.

I've been a resident at Park On Center Apts for over 5 years. The location is ideal for quick access to both I-80 and I-680. Most necessary shopping is within a couple of miles including a U.S. Post Office. The grounds here on site are kept well-maintained, there is a pool and some garages to rent. The Staff is always friendly and the Maintenance Crew are Great Guys who get the job fixed quickly and correctly. Nice place to live.

Unlike other "Reviews", I am perfectly pleased with the way this complex is run, and DO appreciate all of the work that staff (Indoor AND Outdoor) have undertaken on a regular basis. It DOES seem to be that we are, at times, beset by those to who would make MULTIPLE and DRASTIC changes. I WOULD like to see a somewhat more caring attitude for those of us who choose to live here...especially in paying better/closer attention to paperwork processing and mailing, but nothing life-changing! IF you are searching for a nice-sized apartment in mid-town, this should be on your list!

I’ve lived here since the beginning of October. I absolutely love it here. Parking was a problem at first, once I Address the problem to the office it was resolved in a timely manner. maintenance fixes any repairs within the same day of reporting. Rent is very Reasonable. First time living in apartment, and I feel very safe here. The office staff has ALWAYS been friendly and caring with me.. These are older apartments but, they try very hard to make sure the up keep are of high standards ..Office and maintenance personnel truly do care about each and every resident here, our well-being , our

Terrible apartments! DON'T MOVE HERE! The first few moves were good except the water would constantly turn burning hot and then cold when you took a shower. They finally replaced the water heater which another tenant told me she/he complained about it for three years before! After the first few months, it went downhill. Huge cockroach infestation! They sent pest control out 3 times and still had them until we left. On top of that, the A/C went out and they sent maintenance out 6 different times until they finally replaced it. The bathroom ceiling kept leaking and they "supposedly" fixed it but

The apartment's are fine, not super great, but they are affordable. Parking is a major issue and I will not renew my lease because of it. There is not enough room for residents to park, let alone if you want to have anyone come to your apartment. The parking lots are in very rough shape, a ton of pot holes. They say they are going to fix it, but it is unlikely that they will and they already have such a bad reputation that I don't think they can redeem themselves.

HIGH ALERT!! STAY AWAY!!! I made a huge mistake moving in without considering the bad reviews posted by others and I suffered.
For tall those of you who are even thinking about moving to this ghetto, please stay away. This place is very bad. The reasons are..
1. Parking is really bad.
2. Lots of pot holes and they are not going to fix them.
3. My car got hit and run twice in the past year.
4. For a simple maintenance they take at least 4 days.
5. The hallways smell like pot and drugs.. ALL THE TIME.
6. My friends can't come over because, their car will get towed if they park anywhere on

Absolutely terrible. Thank god I only have 2 weeks left at these apartments! Yes there is "new management" but they have done absolutely nothing to solve any of the problems.
1- Most simple repairs take 3-4 days to first get assessed, and then another 2 or 3 to be solved.
2- PARKING IS TERRIBLE.
3- The lock to my building's front door has been broken since July of 2015..................... This is unsafe for obvious reasons, but in the entire year that we've been here, they HAVEN'T CARED AT ALL. But I still continue to pay my rent for whatever reason, even though I choose not to stay at the

My husband and our two children have lived here for almost a year, and we like it. When we call in for repairs, they are usually handled within 24 hours. We haven't had any problems with bugs or bad neighbors. The pool is very nice, as is the gym. The only downside is that parking can be a little tight if you come home after 10:00pm, but they are working on opening up more parking spaces. Also, the towing situation seems to have abated, and we have not seen a tow truck for months. I know that management changed recently, and the new management has been taking huge strides to make this a pleasant
