We had a wonderful experience with Gerard Home Inspection. Ryan was our inspector, and he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He meticulously went through all components of the house and explained it all to us in great detail! He answered all of our questions. For smaller issues, we would ask him about things we could do to repair/improve something, and he gladly offered recommended actions we could take. The inspection report we received a few hours later was detailed and included a lot of pictures that he took during the inspection. We had a sewer scope done in addition to the inspection, and

Although we could not be there in person with the inspector (Ryan) he made sure to call after he completed the inspection to go over the findings. He even throughly looked at the concerns we had sent Gerard after my wife and I looked through the house two times. Ryan was very thorough and explained in detail both our concerns and his major findings. We received a 74 page report and sewer scope video detailing his findings, which was full of pictures and descriptions of each finding. His informative inspection gave us very strong negotiation power on the house we are looking to close on, as well

We are moving from out of state, and we went with Gerard Home Inspection for our home inspection. It's scary having to call long-distance and have people give you accurate reports, but after talking with Bryce and reading the report, I felt like he really took the time to find big ticket items all the way down to cosmetic issues. It was nice knowing that they were catching things that I would have definitely missed and then talking through the report with me so I fully understood the wording and issues that might arrive later. Would absolutely recommend.
