New resident here, and I really can't praise this place and the Solana management team enough! While I was apartment hunting, Solana was the only place that actually got back to me with all the information that I was requesting, and their level of communication hasn't dropped since. Whether I contacted the office by phone or by email, they always answered promptly.

I moved out of solana March of 2019. My overall stay there was nice. The office managers were pleasant unlike some places I've stayed at. At the time the apartment complex was pretty new. Nice pool and common area downstairs.
My issue is now and would like to share this for those who are staying here and eventually plan to move out.
Take photos of everything. Request to have a walkthrough with one of the office managers prior to moving out. If they decline, INSIST on having it done.

(Edit) After canceling because of the missing garage below, I was contacted by the manager Annette. Â She and her team are working to get the website updated and I have to say they have been amazing. Â She realized I already had movers lined up and offered to stay in touch with me on a daily basis to find a place with a garage. Â Took some time, but she removed all stress from the process by staying in touch daily not matter what and giving me certainty. Â I can't say enough about her. Â I can't wait to move in now.

I often joke that if it weren't for Annette and Courtney that I wouldn't be living here but it's true. They both work in the main office and are amazing! I don't go there often but when I do they greet me by name and ask about my significant other, also by name, and she never goes to the office. It's little acts of kindness like this that really leave an impactful interaction with the staff. They truly care and they do an amazing job putting together so many cool events every month. I just renewed my lease and it's honestly because of them with their generosity and humility. Thank you guys so much

An update to my previous review. I moved back to Solana in February after looking at some other properties and being disappointed in them. Either they didn't feel safe enough, too expensive for the size, or just had the same small generic layout (The SW, The Wyatt, 2one5). I decided to give Solana another chance. And I'm glad I did. Before when I lived here, the place was brand new but came with some issues. Since moving back here, it seems majority of those issues have been addressed. When we first moved in I was curious why this community had vacant units. It's nice and maintenance does a decent job. Poor guy is only person so I understand why work orders take so long to complete. But now I see why people dont renew. Its management and the office team. Be careful what they tell you because most of it is not true. The employees will have you sign documents that are false just so the residents wont argue and keep quiet. The manager basically doesn't care what her employees tell people. Now that a pandemic has happened it shows how greedy the people are that run this complex.

I love Solana! I've lived here for a couple years, and am here for more. I did a lot of research on places to live before moving from out of state, and this was the first place I visited and toured. I actually didn't need to see any other places. Everyone in the leasing office is wonderful; they know everyone by name and are very helpful. The apartments are gorgeous, updated everything, super spacious, and great balconies. And the pool and fitness center just add to the experience. I definitely can't recommend it enough!

For 3.5 years we called Solana home. Out of the 8 years of apartment living and 3 different complexes this was hands down the best one. Customer service, maintenance, community, and location are unmatched. I can break down our experience in a few different catagories:
Location: Close to everything. Multiple grocery stores within 5 miles. Lots of dining options close by from fast food to sit down. I must have put on about 5 pounds when the Crumbl and dominos opened within a 1/2 mile walk from the complex. Only a 15 minute drive to both Downtown Summerlin, The strip, airport, and Town Square. Only

My husband wanted to move out of our downtown condo because riding the elevator and dealing with COVID-19 in a high rise was unbearable. He found Solana doing a Google search.
I called and talked with Lenney and Annette and they let me know they had a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor with an attached garage and patio overlooking one of the courtyards.
We rented it immediately after seeing the model.
Lenny and Annette and Courtney were incredibly nice and the move went better than we could have expected.
The grounds are lovely. Having a garage with a garage door opener instead of dealing

We recently moved to Solana Apartments. A main reason was that we trusted the manager Annette . We lived in another much higher priced place she used to work and know her to be very nice and professional. The community has a great set up and when we saw she was a manager we felt it would be well kept and professionally run. The rest of the staff is friendly and we are very happy with our move. We really enjoyed having the garage option as part of our new residence we have found this to be a very pet friendly neighborhood.

Exceptional property to call home. I recently renewed my lease for an additional 15 months. Before retiring I was in property management and tend to be more particular than the average tenant. This apartment building is extremely quiet and very well maintained. The office staff is efficient and professional, they go out of their way to meet any of my concerns. They put a good deal of thought into planning events for the residents on a monthly basis which is always appreciated. If anyone is currently looking for a new residence I would highly recommend Solana Apartment Homes.

I’m working on my 3rd year living at Solana, I was among the first group of residents to call Solana Home when they started leasing out the units so I’ve got to watch the Solana Community grow the last couple years & counting. It is a peaceful place to live & I’ve enjoyed it to say the least. Anytime I have an issue or something & I need to take it up with the front office, I usually end up dealing with Yvonne & she always does a great Job & is always on top of any situation. We have lived here for almost 3 years and have enjoyed every moment of it! The apartment complex is very clean, supervised and well maintained. Shout out to Yvonne for always going the extra mile to satisfy our requests. Unlike any apartments in the area, you rarely hear any noise from the surrounding neighbors. All the residents are friendly and respectful towards each other. Definitely worth paying the extra few dollars to live here.

Moving is stressful. Moving ACROSS the country is even more stressful and clearly one of the hardest things I've ever done.
We found Solana Apartment Homes by accident as we were driving by to visit one of the neighboring communities. Our first meeting with the community director, Annette was very pleasant and brief. The office was closing soon and she had another couple she was helping but managed to answer all of our questions and even took us on a tour afterwards. Needless to say, we were pleasantly surprised!
We had toured several communities in the area.

Here to say I rarely post reviews but I had to make sure Yvonne C got her credit for the huge help she's been! She is beyond attentive and her customer service is phenomenal. I came to look at a floor plan without knowledge of the pricing or layouts. I gave Yvonne a time frame of when I needed to move from my current place of residency and she made sure she was able to meet those requirements. Rudest and most unprofessional office person I have ever encountered. I don't understand how she is even employed here. Offered no help and didn't acknowledge us when we walked into the office. We had to basically beg for any information and any response from her was the absolute minimum.
She would not even look at us.
One would think that a leasing office agent would have to possess professional skills such as friendly, helpful, ready to assist and be knowledgeable.

Affordable and great quality! The leasing team is fantastic! They make it a great place to live because they treat you like part of the family and not just a customer. Criss was our main point of contact for our move in. Every little question we had was answered in a timely fashion. When we added a cat about a week before move in Criss was ready to go and sent us an addendum to our lease so we could move in quicker. All of our documentation was laid out before we moved in so we were prepared way ahead of time as to what was needed.

By golly this is the epitome of Luxury Living. Everything is so new and well organized

I've lived here now for almost 2 weeks and I can say that I absolutely love it! The units are put together very well. The amenities and appliances are all top notch. They thought of the small things like having gas stoves which is way better for cooking than electric. The people in the office are friendly and have been great to work with. All around 5 star rating. I run a service business and I'm in most of the apartment buildings in the area that claim to be luxury living, but I can surely say that most of them are not what they claim to be.
