I'm writing another review because my lease ended January 7th, 2022 an I moved out that day to a new state! I know live in Colorado 14 hours away! They are still billing me for everything! The person I was living with signed a new lease with my name! The property manger or who ever she is, is completely rude!! She is saying she never received any emails from me when I have proof of all the emails I sent! So where did all my emails go then! I have a few stating I moved out an vacated the apartment January 7th!! This isn't the first time we have had problems with this apartment management

Probably the worst place I have every lived. I am in the process of moving and on my last month of rent they are charging me the new rent fees for a lease I have not signed. My lease is until the end of Aug. My rent should not change.
Since I moved out, they took my entire deposit for an apartment I left as clean as when I moved in, and sent me to collections for another $150 or so, contact you? I am now out of the country try just doing the right thing. Good luck to anyone living here or thinking about it.

I lived here for about 3 months prior . For starters I left for about a month due to covid and come back to being evicted because they said it was vacant , couldn't be of I was paying rent . I was given an apartment that looked nothing like the pictures . And the roaches ? Omg welcome to roach city ! I would not recommend for a first time apartment. And staff is very rude ! She will close the door in your face and not answer it at all

The management at this establishment is the very worst. We cleared and turned over my son's apartment after a long battle with the property manager. After her signing all the clearing papers and after her acknowledging there was no more monies owed from our final payment they still fraudulently made up charges and sent to collections. And now they're hiding behind closed doors and will not cooperate in reviewing the case. There will be legal action brought upon them for this. Getting hung up on by that (property manager?). ( Claire’s ponytail extensions mascot?) when trying to report problems at your own home is the worst feeling. The moldy ventilation and dead roaches in the walls here have had me and my girlfriend consistently sick. Crazy that all the answers to the reviews say to contact the property but everyone that lives here knows that property manager will hang up unless your giving it money. My friend from alaska and I stayed here for 1 week!! At a unit that was listed as a airbnb. We met in vegas for a vacation. The property is falling apart. And their poor attempt at remodeling is horrible. There was caulking all over the wall!! The flooring was coming apart and i slammed my foot on the seperated lvt in the bedroom!! The sink was leaking and had a bowl under the pipes!!! And the pictures online is not what you get!! The pool was completely NASTY!! Trash everywhere!! First and foremost this complex is NOT luxury, its ghetto and filthy. The don't fix any appliance that are broken, the gate is ALWAYS broken which leads to homeless people breaking into cars, they have installed a new locked door and did not give out new code so residents couldn't get in, they have a bug issue which they ignore, they tow cars just because they feel like it, its in an awful area, and the management is by far the most incompetent management I've ever seen. The front office people are rude only person that isn't is Sylvia they control everything you do they tow cars all the time for no reason they randomly come up with new rules we have to follow but none of it was in our lease agreement it's just very unprofessional they having roaches bad on top of that it's ridiculous we. Can only access the pool on weekends during business hours and that's a inconvenience for the people that work weekends and after 6pm. Very horrible experience here. Gates always broken and you are forced to buy a $50 gate key so you can maybe use it when the gate sometimes work. THERE ARE 2 washers and 1 properly working drier for 100 - 2 bed apartments. No. I got to use the gym for 1week out of my 8 months here. They said the pool would be open before Sumer yet here it is summer almost over. Communication is horrible. I never know when they are going to do work on my apartment because they always reschedule work “due to weather” then never tell you when it’s happening. THESE APARTMENTS ARE MORE WORRIED ABOUT MAKING IT

I really wish I can give this place negative stars. Every single morning there are maintenance men jumping on the roof at 7:00am. They have a horrible roach infestation. The gym or pool have been closed since I’ve moved in. The gym is just a old apartment they put old dusty equipment in the front room (living room area). The property manager hides out in the back all day been here 3 months never have seen her face. I call to report issues & get hung up on. This place overall is horrible DO NOT MOVE IN I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN. Take your money elsewhere I’m telling you.

Rats , roaches , sewage leaked from upper floor, had to move my son out early (he was going to UNLV) since no I'm person classes e just came home. Cont to pay rent since we had to finish lease and his roommate still lived there. His roommate finally couldn't stand it any longer so they moved out sooner then end of lease. We thought we settled the bill, paid extra 900@ since moved out early , never heard from them. Then a very aggressive collection agent called me 4 times on my cell and 2 x at my work! I’m starting to believe the 5 starts reviews given to this place are lies. The security guard and the maintenance guys and are always cool with me, no problems with them. It’s just the property manager is sadly very immature and unprofessional. I wish I Can Give Them No Stars. No Swimming Pool Open, Gym Is Not Open. Amd It's Not Because Of Covid. 2 out of the washers are always Broken. My Laundry Is Always Getting Stolen. Horrible staff! i just recently signed with them and oh boy! im gonna be looking elsewhere! i called to confirm my apt number and that there was nothing else needed for move in in three days..... Well i got Liz on the phone at v4:30pm and she was not in the least interested in helping. She didn't even ask my name or information. She lied and said she only does property management not leasing...what? She was the one that called me three day before to confirm my move in date!

If there was zero stars this is what I'd give this place. There is cockroaches everywhere. There's trash everywhere all the time. The office people are rude. Theyre non-responsive. They don't address anything. I told him the washer and dryer's were broken here on site and they told me to call the numbers on the side because that's who services them. When I informed the office that it's on their property and they're required to have it fixed and not me they decided to hang up on me and end the call.

I'm writing this review as a former tenant who was put through a horrific experience with the current management company. All in all the physical apartment space is decent. Really no complaint there. I signed a one year lease and on my 11th month I was evicted.
I was three weeks late with my rent and was locked out two nights before Christmas. I did try reaching out to pay the missing rent and make arrangements to no avail. Office closed due to Covid and none of my calls were returned. In the end... the rent was late and I accept responsibility and the consequences. What happened

· this is because the outside looked bad
· but the inside actually looks great
· the apartments are spacious, clean, and well structured
· and they come optionally already furnished
· when i left, they were in the midst of renovating the outside
· so perhaps it looks much better now
· the community here was peaceful
· the maintenance of the place was great
· and the staff here seemed nice
· but i do feel like i was mislead
· and this is the reason that i'm leaving only a 3 star review

This place has caused me more problems than I can even manifest to think of. Every time I do a load of laundry, I have to pay twice because a dryer or washer isn't working. I didn't have internet for the first 2 months I lived here. And even now it's still spotty. Every month, they change the password for the WIFI and sometimes fail to email you what the new internet password is. When I first toured the place, no one told me about the asbestos. On move in day, they made me sign a mandatory waiver saying I knew about it and could not sue. The place looks like it was built in a rush

In short, this is a great deal, if you don't mind experiencing sewage backups into your bathtub, water dripping from the ceiling, what appears to be nicotine residue seeping out of the walls as a result of the water, and seeing about 2% of your security deposit returned to you after some suspicious accounting once you move out.
The various issues blamed on contractors, billing, and habitual violations of basic elements of landlord-tenant law (like advance notice of entering the apartment) get tiresome.

I just moved to this place so far I love it. The staff there are very friendly and doing great jobs. Inside of the apartment look amazing all the time you need help they always there for you treat you with respect and dignity not like many apartments complex here in Vegas. For any parent thinking of letting their child live here during their college stay..please don't. I can tell you first hand that for one the price they are charging is ridiculous. They have roach and bedbug issues both buildings, The plumbing is horrible , at any given moment you will get sludge in all the sinks and bathtubs. The office staff are rude and disrespectful and have no idea what they are doing. I was in the office and heard how the ladies talk about the other residents, which makes me wonder what is said about me when I leave. On top of that this place has asbestos in the walls
