Sterling park apartments is a wonderful places to live. The people who work here are fantastic, from the people in the office to maintenance- everyone here cares. The affordability of this place is amazing. The grounds are beautiful and if you begin walking them regularly you are sure to make neighborhood friends.

Can’t say much about any other maintenance guy that works here but I see my guy Robby out there working hard everyday picking up trash keeping the property super clean and being very friendly and professional. Without this man sterling park east would look like the Siegel suites. SOMEONE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!!

Dolores was amazing she help me to find an apartment when there was no apartment available, she promised me that she will find me some thing if I join waiting list and then she got me place in 2 days. Honestly I m in love with her and that’s why I decided to rent apartment at sterling park when I already paid some other complex and I didn’t care about what I paid and I let it go. Thanks Dolores for been so kind.

This place is absolutely horrible. The way the management talks to and handles residents is unprofessional. They act like your irritating them because you have issues. If something breaks down or causes damage you can forget about replacements.Water leak destroyed a case of paper towels, oh well. Today no water sense last night. Had to use bottled water to wash up, brush teeth, flush toilet etc… Delores actually acted irritated because I called about the water. I’ve gone through a case of water. I lived here almost 3 years already. I love this place. One of the greenest place to live in Las Vegas area & I want to give hats off to Paul, Andre and Joseph. Very helpful and respectful guys and they always did an awesome,quick and quality work whenever I had any maintenance issues in my apartment. And I also want to thank Robinette one of the sweetest lady in the office always ready to help.

The moving in process was made super easy and simple thanks to Dolores in the office. Apartments are updated with new counters, appliances, etc. Very spacious balconies and lots of green grass and trees to enjoy in the balcony or even take a walk around the complex. Very pretty apartments! ask for Dolores shes been super helpful throughout the whole process!

Moved in 8/14/19 moved out 10/2/20 the maintenance people super nice! The grounds very nice! But don't like the office people they're like fake nice you can tell they're annoyed with you
anyways our older truck got broken into 3 times! we told the office about it they said it wasn't their problem they suggested a dash cam and it's like are you serious so that could get stolen too ?! I moved in here recently with my nine-year-old son and it's been a pleasure. I don't know what these bad reviews are talking about, but please come see for yourself if you want to know what it's really like here. The office staff is caring and helpful, especially Dolores and Matthew. The grounds are lovely, green, clean and spacious. I finally feel comfortable letting my son outside to play and ride his scooter. I haven't seen any trouble here or any bad things happening at all. Our apartment is clean and feels like home. Now that I've lived in Vegas for a hot minute, I realize how much better I could have done for my money! This place is cheap living in the ghetto, but for just a little bit more, you can have a better quality of life in a much safer part of town. There's never a dull moment here, as the cops are a frequent presence! I sure do hope their bed bug issue has been resolved. Guess you'll find out for yourself if you're brave/poor enough to rent here. If you have the money, I recommend you stay anywhere else. If you're strapped for cash though, you can do worse. I would like to take the time to write a review about Sterling Park Apartments. This is one of the most beautiful properties with the nicest staff I have ever had the opportunity to live in. Robinette the Mananger and Dolores the Business Manager are so kind and helpful. When I moved here I was excited because it was across the street from where I graduated and I said "one day I am going to live there". Surely I did thanks to all of the help from Dolores. I'm apartment hunting, everyone has been so nice and answer all my questions EXCEPT for this apartments, the women that was there was rude sense the moment I walked in. When I told her how much money I made she didn't even let me explain to her how I also have a part time job she just "No you can't afford it" to be honest it just seem like she was to lazy to show me the apartment. She didn't even give me her name. The apartments are nice but it has horrible staff.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this complex and the very attentive staff that work here. Dolores, Vanessa and Robinette have always been extremely helpful since the first day I moved in (last year) and continue to help me now. I enjoy the quiet and beautiful setting of this apt, with its lush trees and outdoor areas, I'm even singing another lease to stay another year because I've had such a great experience! Just moved from another state. Wonderful property. Wonderful LOOKING property. Landscape is tended to once a week. Units are spacious. Dolores and Vanessa are very personable and know what they're talking about. Contrary to previous reports, Maintenance hasn't been a problem for me. With each request (only two), they were tended to the same day. Close proximity to strip. I'd recommend wholeheartedly.

Robinette is amazing we have been living here for years everytime I have some fix it she is always on top of it.. She is definitely an assett to the company... There Engr/Maintenances guys are always proffesional and reliable....Dolores is always there to help as well.. There was a new girl I forgot her name but we started on a wrong foot but she turned around and made things right she is awesome as well!!! We just moved here from another state. Being a young couple we were a bit nervous about the transition and after browsing around for a little while we noticed that there were a lot of properties in the area that looked very well taken care of on the outside but upon further research we discovered that most of them had horrible reviews and lots of pest such as cockroaches and bed bugs and very unreliable customer support/service. Do not move here!!! The pictures look nice...the reality of this place is horrid. Apartments are super small and outdated. You ever heard of motel 6? Well staying here will make you feel like staying there every night. The pool is nasty as hell...the gym is literally the size of a closet...it sucks. This place is shady. Will not give you your deposit back. The walls are super thin. There is one washer and dryer per unit. Do not do it....if you need a sign to not live here. THIS IS IT! These con artist deserve to have no stars.

Drive by to check this place out. It's very clean, spacious, safe, and beautiful. Most apartments don't have grass and trees, but this place does. Really considering moving in here. Close to the campus, the strip, and shopping malls. They accept animals and very affordable. Looking forward to calling this place home.

Update: I finally thought I would be finished with this place after having a video of my neighbor assaulting our security guard that patrols sterling park. After talking to the manager she said as long as there isn't a hole in the wall and I did not have pets, I would get my full deposit of 175 back.
The day that I turned in the keys, the maintenance crew or office person (uvea) was supposed to do a walk through with of the apartment with me. Of course that didn't happen because why would the office do anything that the lease States. I rented a steam cleaner to run over the already
