If I could give this place no stars I would. They never answer the phones. I had to come up to the office and encountered a girl name Destiny who rolled her eyes at me and was so disrespectful and rude. My heater has not been working for weeks and have submitted multiple work orders. Their excuse has been they are short staffed and I have been more than patient. Cannot reccomend. They have a glitch in their computer system that mixed up my documents causing a denial. My application was denied about 30 seconds after it being submitted, and the management team has been less than unhelpful with promises of call back before Thanksgiving, which never happened, then them being equally unhelpful in an email thread of me telling them repeatedly that their system has an error and they seem to just be all shoulders and grammatical errors. After that I refused to answer their calls because clearly this needs to be documented or they won't know anything! I don't know

Absolutely the worst communication I've ever experienced with a leasing office. They fired Sophia, the lady handling my lease and then completely dropped the ball. The assistant manager Tania is in over her head and the actual manager is nowhere to be found. Don't even bother applying, we are getting our deposit back.

Do not I repeat DO NOT apply here! Recent applied on October 21st. Got denied which is no big deal. Went in to collect my $250 security deposit only to find out it had already been deposited and nobody in the front office knew why. I then was told I'll receive it in the mail. Almost 3 weeks later and I still haven't received my deposit and every-time I call the front office it's some excuse and they'll call me right back which they never do. If you wanna get robbed out of your money THIS IS THE PLACE!

I have been trying to get a hold of someone in the office for over a month now and I am unable to. They don’t answer the phones and or emails. I don’t recommend anyone to live here, the office is horrible with responding I always had to physically go to the office to speak to someone and half the times things would still not get done. Office staff don't even do anything or help you in anyway! Never response to your calls or emails. never answers the phone. No one is ever in the office or are hiding in the back! They charged me 400 bucks to paint the walls again???? I lived their for a year and their was no need for them to paint the walls. Now I understood why everyone that left Playa Vista left behind all their trash since they knew they wouldn't refund their deposit.

Do not rent here! They do not take care of the property. It is a roach infested dump. We gave 60 days written notice and now have a $3800 collection on our credit. They stated in writing that we did not give notice. We have written proof of our notice and yet they do nothing to remove fraudulent credit. This is an awful place. Do not rent here!

If I could give negative stars I would. I moved in in November 2018 basically because I needed somewhere to stay last minute. I knew going it it was not a decent apartment but what can you do sometimes I noted that the tub was stained and the dishwasher was broken. That was never fixed. I had to have maintenance come in several times to fix the door to the washer and dryer. I noted that there was always trash on the ground outside. It is quite entertaining how only an email address is sent in a marketing attempt to "resolve" the issue. This is because the corporate office is just as selfish as the office in Vegas. As a tenant, I attempted to call corporate and never heard back when my messages were left. I have been a resident at Playa Vista for over 10 years and I am delighted living here. I always get treated with respect by the girls in the office and from the maintenance staff. Estrella is a great manager and Playa Vista is great due to hard work and her staff. I would highly recommend the community to anyone who is looking for a great place to call home. From the bug infestation to the inconsiderate neighbors, this place has been nothing short of a nightmare. This place is crawling with cockroaches day and night. Wonderful place to live,it is truly a great place to call home you have a pool which is open everyday , you even get your own pool key, fitness center to use , upstairs pool table in the leasing office for you and guest and best of all you get your very own washing machine and dryer or you can use your own. There is always a problem when living here. Whether that's cockroaches, scorpions, or maintenance issues, you can't go a normal day living without something bothering you. The pool is open a grand total of 2 weeks out of the calendar year. It is currently closed while being 109 degrees in June. When the pool is open it is overrun by obnoxious young children. They turn the water pipes off in buildings without any notice so sometimes you may have to go to work without taking a shower.
