Racially biased , I'm unaware if it is the Management Company that is enabling people of color not to move in or if it's the Manager . I just found out today that they were in disbelief of my pay , her exact words were my stubs seem a bit generic. Instead of asking for bank statements as proof of income which I had , she asked if It was directly deposited into my account .
I'm a truck driver who is individually contracted through a 3rd party Company for better tax benefits . The unprofessionalism of the Manager not the Staff , but the Manager is astonishing . So many assumptions were thrown about

Wish i could give this property 0 stars and Jennifer 5 stars. Management is horrible, murders, home invasions, drugs, prostitution, and just the lowest class people you've seen in your life all together living in one building. If you care about you and your family's safety you wouldn't move in here. Jennifer is the sweetest most helpful person ever, and the rest is absolute trash.

If you are looking for a clean, nice, quiet place to live with respectful staff members, this is NOT the place for you. They trick you in with a beautiful exterior, but inside, its a nightmare. The staff blasts pool music during the day and often times forgets to turn it off at night. Because of the cheaply built apartments, you will hear that music throughout your entire apartment. They allow out of control pool parties, broken glass and dirty pool water to sit for days. We love the Lotus! The staff is so nice and helpful. All of the amenities are great! We are truly thankful that the entire property is smoke-free and the staff works hard to make sure their strict rules are enforced. The views of the strip from the roof top deck are spectacular. It’s a quick Uber ride to the strip and airport too. We looked at many properties in the area and this by far is the best!

This place is an absolute DUMP, and once you start living there you'll begin to realize it. Fixtures breaking and falling apart everywhere, they cheaped out and used good looking but low quality fixtures to build the place. Not to mention, whoever was contracted to build this place used some of the laziest construction workers and it shows. Counters not being leveled, misdrilled/misaligned holes, holes not properly patched up, fixtures not properly installed and fully tightened etc... They take forever to get things fixed too because they're too cheap to hire more than two maintenance

READ if you're actually considering moving here, as this is a review from someone who actually lived at the Lotus for 8 months.
First, note that all the five star reviews are from people who took a tour but never moved in! My tour was great too, but the individual who gave it to me no longer works there due to turnover. The reviews from actual tenants aren't so positive.
PROS:
- Location - perfectly situated between Chinatown and the Strip
- I believe the on-site restaurant has opened, and they've finally started offering an exercise class (after months of delay)
CONS:
- Dog waste lying around

Terrible! Management is a joke and put their pride and pride of staff over actual complaints. I feel they punish you for wanting a great experience for the price you pay. After move in it all went downhill from the customer service to the actual apartment being not up to normal standards. Was willing to put up with it as the location was cool and parking was the best in town. Upon signing lease and even the first walk though we asked about parking and were informed it was first come first serve. After a few months of living here it changed to a crack head rule. I've lived at GreenLeaf Lotus for what will be 2 years. It's absolutely worth the money. Being a single woman I've always felt safe at all times. I love the staff they are extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities alone sold me, but other than that the location is unbeatable. I live on the club side and occasionally you'll hear some people outside, but It's never been an inconvenience. If you're looking for a place in the middle of everything, but still quiet and cozy look no further.

I have been living at Lotus for about a year and a half now and I am very satisfied. The location is fantastic. Great access to anywhere you need to go and taxi's come very fast. I lived in a fusion apartment and it was the best apartment I've ever lived in. The building management and staff are friendly and pretty responsive. Having a gym in the building was also great. Overall, I would recommend Lotus as a nice place to live.

Insanely unorganized and not up to par with standards you would expect for the amount of rent you pay. You walk in and you see a lovely building and staff is friendly and tell you about the amenities and all the perks but it's a fraud.
Cons
- Very few elevators ( When shown the property everything is close to the main elevator so you naturally assume it will be this convenient all time which is false.) You will most likely walk a good walk to either the elevator or from the elevator to your apartment

The manager contacted me about my complaint and I am bringing up the stars.
You cannot beat the location of this property. And the staff are accommodating to work with you and they handled my last issue well.
The building and units are built like shi* and it can't be helped. Door handles falling off, towel racks and shower knobs falling off... I can go on.

Worst experience ever. Hot tub never hot. Dog park tiny and full of rocks. No grass anywhere but dog filth everywhere. Buzzers don’t work, security is a joke. Overpriced. Crime ridden area, industrial Complex loud at all hours. Other side includes a nightclub and fire station. They never fix the buzzer to let you in after multiple times asking and… I was locked out one day for an entire night due to this. Trash everywhere. Literally so noisy and overpriced. They care more about setting up lame resident events than providing necessary elements to your living such as appliance instruction

After such a weird living experience, I moved out. Sorry is not enough for me not being able to live in my unit, and having the elevator roof panel fall on my head. Was told by the manager that someone must have been moving out and had a large item in the elevator. I just don't understand how cheaply made a panel has to be to fall on one's head after a little poking. My neighbor said when he came to tour the elevator just stopped working in the middle of the tour. The same one with the broken panel. Obviously this was an issue they must have been familiar with. Too hard to give the benefit

I have friends that live here and I visit them regularly. Green Leaf Lotus is a beautiful luxury apartment building and the leasing staff and management are some the best that I've come across. Everyone there is so friendly and the apartments are so nice and brand new, and the amenities are amazing! They have a karaoke room and a virtual sports room! If I'm ever in the market for an apartment Green Leaf Lotus is my first and only choice.

I think the biggest selling point of the building is the location. There are not many luxury rental apartments in Vegas so close to the Strip. However, the building has a few strange rules. For example, you are supposed to refrain from using suntan lotions or oils when using the swimming pool because it causes a "chemical imbalance in the water".
Also, you can't dispose of cardboard boxes in the garbage chutes. I get the reason for that (because it may clog the chute) but instead of having a place

I moved in the last week of April and am happy to see everything coming together. The units have brand new appliances and great finishes! The fitness center, resident lounge, and leasing office are complete with the pool opening in a few weeks. The location is great with quick access to the strip and all the fun restaurants and bars of Chinatown just one block away. Everyone has been super helpful in the leasing office. A little patience is a small price to pay for brand new, secure, modern construction in Las Vegas.

Construction is terrible, building is unfinished, everything is always out of order, landscape looks terrible all dead an incomplete and cheap looking, rooms falling apart, everything promised is a lie, over priced, russian guy running construction is loud screaming at people all day and rude, pool is months away from opening and loud all day at all hours, roof deck not finshed and loud banging at 7am waking you up, Stay away find a reputable company/place.
