Yuval Plattner and the MD Squared Property Group are excellent. As a licensed real estate salesperson, I interact with a number of managing agents. While many are very good ( and some not do much), Yuval is by far the most responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. The buildings he and his company service are lucky indeed.

Only give them1 star because I have to in order to write about my dissatisfaction with this company. They "manage" a building but do nothing but collect from building owner and put it in their pocket! Over 80% of building is fed up and actions are being started against them. They have put our security at issue and they recently filled the unoccupied apartments by giving the leases to LIVING REAL ESTATE GROUP who is as awful as them.
They lied to prospects just to get lease and turned building into a frat house.

MD Squared has some of the most unethical and incompetent people you will ever meet. My roomates and I had a horrible experience living in one of the units that they managed in NYC. The problems started early on when they falsely advertised the number of bedrooms in the unit. Two of the rooms turned out to be illegal, according to NYC law. That was the ultimate reason that we ended up being forcibly evicted from our residence by government officials.
Prior to this eviction notice, MD Squared took months to fix the underlying issue that caused a dozen floodings in the unit. Imagine coming home

I wish I could click 0 stars. This property group is your stereotypical NYC landlord that does the bare minimum for their tenants! I was rented an apartment that was not up to the legal standard of living. The building on 92 and 2 was undergoing loud and illegal construction, so when one of the tenants complained, an inspector came by to check it out. When the inspector came he happened to notice we did not have legal exits and our apartment was deemed a fire hazard and in unlivable conditions. This was just the start.... mold, flooding, you name a problem and this place has it. This property group

It's been challenging to be a landlord in nyc and the recent covid pandemic has made it even more difficult. Luckily, MD2 has been one bright spot in a very difficult market. They have been responsive , informative, and always willing to help. Yuval at MD2 is possibly the most pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive person I've dealt with at a management company. I must say, MD Squared are an impressive management company. As a broker I deal with dozens and dozens of different management companies and MD stand out as one of the best. Just finished Owners meeting over 2-weeks ago whereby MD2; as advised by legal counsel present, finally agreed to allow Owner Access to Books and Records. Have made 2- requests now to set up a time to pick up copies; that they agreed to provide, and have yet to hear back from them. Ongoing issues for years now.

Abby and her team were lovely, professional and very communicative. My process buying a condo was so smooth and we had relatively few questions when it came to submitting our application. Abby and Isaiah were easy to work with and they were very instrumental in stream lining our close. They kept to deadlines and never took more than a few hours to get back to me. We closed within 60 days and that can be a challenge in Brooklyn- it's thanks to this group of people that were able to work with, that truly made this a swift process overall. Highly recommend these Property Managers!

I did an internship in the accounting department, everyone is friendly and willing to help if you have any questions. The company culture is diverse, and the working environment is like a family. You can't find anywhere like this, I still miss the environment and the people there. Besides the works, we had a lot of fun activities such as softball team and Friday happy hours. I would definitely recommend anyone to work here!! Great place and great people!!!

After years of working with different management, I find Victor and Shanetta at MD2 to have been the most helpful management team I have ever worked with. Even during situations that are out of their control they are caring, and do all that they can. Both are very responsive via email and phone. Victor even made a site visit to see what repairs I needed and worked to have them started within a week. Very well run management company!

I worked with MD Squared for a co-op application this month, and my experience was flawless. Abby is extremely attentive and answers all questions promptly and in a way that keeps you very aware of where you are in the process. The application was daunting, but MD is so organized and they made me feel very comfortable in the process. MD Squared manages the new 12 unit Manhattan condo for which I serve as the president of the board (as well as several other properties on our block from the same developers). I'm so glad they were chosen by the building's sponsors, as Michael Mintz has been a terrific help. He's been tremendously involved in all aspects of getting the new building up and running, which has otherwise been quite difficult. Michael is quick to respond 24/7, and spent an entire Sunday at our building when several units flooded thanks to a burst pipe. Though I have no comparison on price, I was surprised
