Loved this place!! I lived here for about a year and a half and only moved for a new job. I would’ve stayed longer if I could have! Staff was great and always answered questions, maintenance always came by in a timely manner, and the environment is relatively quiet except the occasionally loud neighbors. Parking was never an issue. The pool and gym were pretty clean! The only bugs in the apartment were just some that come from open doors/windows (except for a small silverfish problem). Wasn’t charged any random fees during my lease nor after! The apartment itself was spacious and modern with

Great place to live. Staff friendly, location close to everything, but far away enough to be relaxing. Great service. Good mix of professionals, students, and post grads. Did I say the staff is friendly and always helpful and available. On the rare case, if you do have a maintenance issue, they are 24/7 when needed, prompt, friendly, and professional. Five stars!

I moved in to The Bend in May in the middle of crazy COVID, and they made it so easy! I love the complex, my apartment is adorable and so spacious, and the staff is amazing. When my cat got out of my apartment a couple of weeks ago, the staff was so helpful. They sent out a complex wide email to everyone, and that is the reason I got her back! And maintenance requests are taken care of super quickly! I definitely recommend this complex.

My wife and I moved here recently. It already feels like home.
The Bend at Crescent Pointe apartments are maintained very well. The quality of the apartment is definitely matched by the quality of the complex. The maintenance guy is so prompt and helpful. The leasing agent that helped us, Madison, has been helpful from day one. Both polite and attentive.
If you want a quite and relaxing place to live that is close to everything, this is definitely the place.

Living at the Bend has been great! The apartment feels new and clean when you move in. The staff is super helpful and they have hours everyday in case you need anything. Neighbors are friendly and say hi as you pass by. I’ve loved living here. The location in college station is perfect! Everything is between 7-14 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone who’s looking for a quiet, really nice place to stay.

My husband and I have lived at The Bend for the past two years. The location is perfect! It’s close enough to town but just enough outside to where it is quiet and away from the highway noise. The front office staff has always been respectful and polite to us. The maintenance team always answers our requests within a days time. We have thoroughly enjoyed living at The Bend and look forward to our next few years living here as well!
