Do not live here.
The maintenance service is very poor. After move-in for 1 week, the maintenance team does not have any schedule update. The inspection of move-in does not guarantee any help or schedule updated.
My initial inspection problem include water leak, toilet leak and several appliances not clean. Water leak!!!, the leasing office negelected my complain for the water leak and didn't response any compensation.

This place is the worse, The upfront ladies act rude all the time and they don’t care about your problems and never pick up the phone. We moved in July and since then we have had a roach problem an ant problem, AC twice and much more. I have a 10 month old currently have no heat and they are just taking there time like it don’t matter nothing has gotten done I’m so over this place if you’re smart don’t come here. People’s cars are constantly being broke into over here and the management is the worse I have ever seen so unorganized.

Day 4 still no heat this place is so trash I’ve never have felt more disrespected they keep giving us space heaters which we can’t even leave on while we sleep and they don’t even heat. Nobody has helped I don’t know what to do please don’t ever move here they really don’t care.

Me Again 3rd night In a row without HEAT they brought two little space heaters which don’t do anything and I can’t even keep them on when we sleep. It’s 58 degrees in my apartment I have a 10 month old in here crying and they don’t do anything. I’ve received no help at all just people being rude lazy and unprofessional I’m tired this. Some body has to do something about this because it’s getting out of hand. Ended up getting hotel AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Do your self a favor and don’t move here. Have a really bad roach problem and my house is never dirty. They have to be inside the walls coming to the point where I’m having to call the city because they don’t do anything.

Living here is ok. It peaceful, no issues with other neighbors or anything along those lines. I moved in July, everything was fine there was just some minor issues (maintenance) that needed to be taken care. I submitted those work orders on day 1. Those work orders didn’t get finished until October. I was told that this was because they were behind and there was renovations happening. I completely understood the whole situation.
My A/C broke 5 days ago and I submitted a work order on a Wednesday and I have been calling because it is very hot in here and no one from maintenance has came by and

In sum, I don't recommend this apartment, and I won't renew the lease either. The people in the leasing office are good, but the technicians are horrible. My AC didn't work at all for three months since I moved-in in late May, and I got higher than 85 F every day. The AC kept running all day ineffectively and led to high utility bills. I have been negotiating with the office for months, but the technicians just kept reporting incorrect situations to the office until I asked an attorney to write a letter. They finally came and fixed it 3.5 months after I moved in and reimbursed my extra spending

The community, office staff, and maintenance team have been nothing but phenomenal! I moved in early April 2021 and remain amazed with the community improvements and friendly atmosphere. I highly advise calling this place home!

I have referred quite a few people to your apartment because of your staff especially Mrs. Elizabeth Boston. Mrs. Boston takes the time to explain your standards and procedures and does her best to assist us in a kind and timely fashion. Mrs, Boston and her staff is amazing they're always very prompt to respond to our questions no matter how trivial it maybe. Woke up to water pouring into my apartment at 5a. There's not even a gutter to push the water elsewhere, its all just draining into my apartment.

I'm now 10 hours into this mess and my phone calls are being ignored, a 32 gallon trash can has been offered as their assistance, and I've been laughed at by 2 maintenance members. I've probably dumped close to 40 gallons of water at this point. Not to mention my neighbors pipe burst yesterday so we've been without water for 24 hours now.

I have referred Laurel Ridge to so many people but after this I won't be. I&apos

Still going back and forth with a.c. but not the apartment manager, because she refuses to talk to the people who are having the issue .
A.c. was replaced and no communication
Apartment 85 while we're under a heat advisory and no communication.
A.c. still not working guess what she still won't talk to me about this godforsaken apartment .
Funny thing is I noticed a major problem and talked to Keaton he listened to my thoughts and checked it out . He was finally able to cool my apartment, him and Brad the office assistant are the two saving graces about this hell hole .

DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Laurel Ridge is THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. I signed there because I needed a 6 month lease and their advertised price of $899/month was the best I could find. Little did I know utilities were gonna cost between $200-$260 PER MONTH (even when I was conscious of my AC consumption and light usage... this I think was due to the poor construction of the buildings and awful insulation because they are OLD structures) plus $17.41/MONTH for renters insurance which was required by the company. This comes out to grand total of about $1120/MONTH FOR A TERRIBLE LIVING EXPERIENCE

If you care about having working appliances that don't damage your clothes don't move here. Maintenance is the worst and you have to be extremely proactive to get anything taken care of. I've had a door seal they said they would replace months ago still hasn't happened. My fence blew down and was rotting they just leaned it over for about 4 months or more. Still has no gate when it was put back. The walls have little insulation and you can barely keep your room cooled down. Spoke with the manager and more about my clothes being damaged after I spent two weeks every day trying

DO NOT RENT HERE. Before signing a lease with the young unprofessional and ignorance office staff of three you should definitely go into the office and handle everything in person with this staff! The office called my roommate that Sunday of our supposed "move in" date and said that our keys are ready to be picked up but I remembered looking at the lease and not seeing an actual unit # on our lease just the floor plan and address of the actual apt complex so I call back up to the office and ask for the unit # so I can have the utilities turned on at the unit. I had applied to live here a while back and had a family emergency so I had to pay a penalty fee to get out the contract. Let alone I was surprised to find out years later that they still charged me another fee.

Please do not rent the ones off of Winter Park. They are the loft ones that are owned by laurel ridge and are the most disgusting apartments I have ever lived in. Outdated light fixtures from the 60's, old scratched up floors that are impossible to clean, the entire place stinks of cigars, old AC thermostat that is extremely outdated, and a smelly washing machine that doesn't even clean your clothes properly. The dryer is a small compact one that can maybe dry 6 shirts at a time. Of course that raises the utility bill. The entire upstairs floorboards squeak when walking across them and

1. Upon move in - the apartment was filled with piles of trash in the rooms, dead bugs, an ant infestation, the toilet was dismantled, the shower was so clogged it immediately filled with water, and worst of all - a broken AC. It took them FOUR days to fix the AC, and since it was over 100 degrees, I couldn't move into the unit. They wouldn't even put window units in to make it habitable. They never reimbursed for that time, or took care of the huge bill from the broken AC blowing hot air that whole time.

The staff is super nice .I have the stomach flu and unemployed they let me use the computers in the office to put in a app.tons of food and water to keep you hydrated for the hot summer .pool always clean well kept nice apartment

The managment is completely unprofessional and NEVER THERE. Called at 2:30 on a Monday, was told the manager was on a lunch break, did not get a call back until 5. Wifi barely works, water leaks from floor, air conditioning goes out ALL THE TIME.If you're trying to sublease they will make you find someone then let you and the person do everything it takes to sublease, tell you everything is good then just deny it and not even tell anyone. The workers are nice but that's it. (MORGAN AND ALLYSON ARE THE BEST). Do not ever live here though.

Worst apartment experience I've ever encountered. Right from the start, my relationship with this apartment complex has been built on lies. First, they lied to me and told me I would have hardwood floors. I didn't. Second, they told me that I wouldn't be charged for anything when I moved out. I was charged $230 for "repairs." These apartments are trashy 1980s buildings, so they really need to be torn down, not "repaired." Finally, I was told to leave my SuddenLink equipment in my living room when I moved out. SuddenLink charged me $70 for not returning the box

Don't be fooled by the nice model you view- the actual apartments aren't upkept, with nasty carpets and electrical outlets that don't work. I lived in 3 different units while here and had problems with all of them. The first was a downstairs unit and I could hear every step, word, and movement of the people above me. So I moved to the one above it. In this unit, my roommate "match" moved in... and was horrid. I've no idea why they believed we would be a match- this girl threatened me with a knife while I was in my bedroom studying. I went to the office and reported

Laurel Ridge has been sold and changed its name for Campus Apartments, since the staff is always changing and now with this new owner, everything is chaos in here! The gym is disgusting and they never answer the phone in the leasing office, also, even when I have paid on time they confused my payment and have asked me to leave the apartment 4 times! And they always finish saying that was their mistake, THEY HAVE THE WORST ORGANIZATION
