With negligent and irresponsible management, a four-month long ceiling leak, lack of communication, and a disregard for health and safety, I would not recommend anyone to sign a lease at Cherry Street Apartments. For how costly these apartments are, they are horribly maintained and management is unprofessional and negligent. Firstly, on the day of my move-in and lease start date, my bedroom ceiling was leaking water. Cherry Street Apartment's solution was to drill holes in my ceiling, haphazardly paint over said holes (while leaving paint stains on my ceiling fan, carpet, and in our kitchen sink

I've lived at Cherry Street for the last 2 years. I enjoyed my time here a lot, and it's a fine place to live. I'm not renewing my lease for a third time because I'm ready for a change of pace, but I'm happy I lived here.
Pros:
- Spacious bathrooms and closet
- Close to campus (~15 minute walk away from the MSC, ~20 minute walk away from Zach)
- Responsive and friendly maintenance
- Front desk team was always nice
- Nice amenities (Study room, gym)
- Rooms as a whole are very nice and high-quality (Apartments like this would probably go for $3000/month in San Francisco)

Horrible Management, they promise to call you back and never do. Constant employee turnover, none ever knows what's going on when you call. Living here was a nightmare. Wasted so much time trying to figure things out over the phone. One manager went as far as hanging up on us every time we called. Don't live here, save yourself the stress and money.
It's been over a month that the nightmare ended (lease) and the manager still hasn't mailed us our refund. The rip-off continues. 8/20/21

I signed here originally based off the ratings, so I wanted to do my part in helping to get it a bit closer to five stars. I really appreciated the proximity to campus (practically unbeatable) and the quiet, kind community here. I have lived in each of the two buildings and have to say that the older one is my favorite. The management has been extremely kind and has helped to resolve everything from a broken washing machine to a mailbox key that didn't fit, and quite quickly at that.
If you're looking for somewhere quiet, spacious, and close to campus, this is pretty much as good as you can get

Lived here during the 2019-2020 school year.
Pros:
- Had an overall great experience, especially compared to my previous apartment.
- Leasing office (Liza and Giovanni) always very kind and accommodating
- Maintenance guy was super nice
- Walls are thick, never heard my neighbors
- Apartment adjusted well to COVID
- Valet trash was convenient
- Close to campus
- Rent was fair
- Apartment was clean and furnished upon move-in
- Amenities were solid (pool, exercise room, study room)
Cons:
- This is probably just a seasonal thing, and it never became a big enough issue to contact anyone

I lived here in 2018/2019 for my senior year and it was the best apartment experience I had while in College Station. The front desk and management was always nice and put on events with free food. They were understanding as long as you communicated and I didn't get stuck with any unfair charges at the end of the year. Overall it was a quitter apartment complex so I never really heard the people above me or to the side of me.

By far, Cherry Street Apartments have been the best apartments I've lived in here in College Station. Units are very spacious with big bathrooms and walk-in closets. The management is amazing everyone is friendly and helpful with any inconveniences. Also, the maintenance team will always greet you with a positive attitude and will help you out. I Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for apartments in the Northgate area!

This apartment complex is one of the Best in college station. The management is great and is always available and you can’t do better on the location and proximity to campus, really enjoyed living in the Good Bull floor plan and I am thankful to have been able to have access to all the great amenities! Thank you Cherry Street
