Each resident signs their own lease for their specific bedroom. So, if a roommate moves out, the other residents are not responsible for that person's rent. Please note that common areas are a shared space. Why is my rent not prorated? A rental installment is a payment made as part of a series of payments.

Good location, it's nice being a 5 minute walk from campus. The bike room is also very convenient. The office and amenities are decorated nicely and the staff and maintenance team are very friendly.
Aside from that, the building is poorly designed with cramped rooms, cabinets that hit doors and each other when opened, and various items in disrepair at times. I live on the 8th floor and often wait up to five minutes for the elevator, as there are only two in the building. One of the elevators has been broken for an entire week now which means that the only one in use stops on every floor on the

I lived here for 2 years:
- never recieved $500 of incentives that I was supposed to get
- air conditioning in my unit first year was broken and took weeks to fix
- office has constant issues with the leasing management system which caused me and my roommate to have to switch floor plans multiple times (happened each year)
- I was unable to move into my apartment on time because of errors with the management not correctly communicating to me when I was supposed to switch units
-have been in contact with management for over a week trying to get my incentives and have not heard anything back

I’ve been living at the Hudson throughout my whole college career and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The location is just too good to pass up on. I only wish certain amenities were open longer such as the study rooms. Other than that, The Hudson is a great apartment with an amazing location.

I lived here since it opened and I am still living here ever since. All though the amenities are not the best, the gym is small and unequipped, I overall still like the apartment. Its clean, newer, modern and the workers are overall nice. Since the apartment is smaller compared to bigger ones like park west or northpoint, it does have good management and the workers are pretty chill - i like their little events that they do like free ice cream, free school supplies etc. When I had an “illegal” problem with my roommate who was doing something she shouldn’t have done, they were eager to help

I just moved into the Hudson this semester and overall I have loved my stay here. The location is great because it is close enough to campus where I am able to walk to Zach. The updated appliances in the kitchen and washer/dryer is perfect, I have yet to have any problems with either. I have never heard my neighbors, 10/10 would recommend the Hudson to anyone looking for a close and affordable apartment!!

I lived in the B6 floor plan for a year and the apartments here are super nice from inside. The only thing i would think it over about would be the pool area and gym, which aren’t as cool as the other apartment complexes. All in all, if you are looking for a good apartment and are not very concerned about the outdoor amenities, then the Hudson would be the best place to live at!
