Staff here is fantastic and do a great job but in all honestly, for the price you pay, you’re getting the bare minimum compared to other apartments in cstat. They’re constantly renovating/fixing stuff and the study rooms are honestly pretty bad. Rooms are fine but avoid building 3. Those rooms have ugly floors, ugly wall colors, and terrible lighting. It smells awful and it’s dirty (but that’s mostly the residents fault). Building 3 is the least well maintained but the other buildings are pretty nice. Overall it’s a good last resort option if other apartments aren’t available even though

The employees are very nice and helpful, and there are monthly events held at the apartment. So it’s a good way to meet people, but when I first got my room it didn’t seem to be cleaned other than being vacuumed. So the only bad thing I have to say is that the rooms aren’t that clean, and there is sometimes random charges on my account.

I like the events they hold sometimes and the people that work here are very helpful. It is slightly dirty because they don’t clean the rooms properly after each person but maintenance is good (but it rly depends on who you get but you can always request a certain person. Joe is great).

New management can’t take care of general cleanliness and upkeep. Charging outrageous move out fees to everyone. No response to numerous emails and no one calling back on phone to discuss these charges for 6 months. Out of nowhere sent to debt collection? Extremely incompetent

Great place to live and even better staff. The new gym is amazing and I can’t wait for the new study rooms to be ready.

Northpoint has been a great home to me for the last 2+ years and the amenities are really awesome! If you’re looking for a reasonable place to stay after your freshman year, NPC is a great option.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I've been a resident for 4 years and the place has downgraded heavily. The new management and staff is horrible. They have further limited guest parking (when there are dozens of spots that go unused). They "upgraded security" to add fancy new locks across the complex, but instead of using them, all the doors are now permanently propped open. My bike was stolen and they couldn't do anything about it. They removed shopping carts that helped residents transfer their belongings and groceries around the poorly designed buildings. They never maintain the pools, and there is often broken

Was way better before the new management that took over. Ever since then the place is run so badly. No internet for an entire day without any response from the management. Fire alarms ringing for hours and unable to shut it off. Packages take several days to actually get sorted for you to pick up - what’s the point of Amazon Prime then?? TRIED many times to do a room change and the staff kept making promises that weren’t fulfilled, putting me in the wrong apartment or just forgetting about it. So incredibly unhelpful and a pain to deal with. Front desk people can also be pretty rude. Construction
