Cubed Construction is a Chicago-based general contractor and construction manager. We specialize in the renovation and adaptive reuse of multifamily and mixed-use buildings, along with retail and office build-outs. We can execute up to 50 apartment renovations per month, handle any size gut renovation project from design to occupancy and build-to-suit retail and office spaces up to 15,000 square feet.
33 Realty's investment brokerage team is Chicago's leading multifamily, land and deconversion brokerage firm. Our transactions cover simple 6-unit buildings to complex land transactions requiring zoning knowledge and entitlement experience. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Marco De La Rosa is the best and was very respectful of the apartment and my space.! He did the maintenance job efficiently and the wall looked great after he worked on it. Marco went above and beyond and even fixed our door when he noticed it wouldn't shut all the way without yanking it.

German Ocampo is an amazing technician! When our heater broke, he was quick to evaluate and explain what was wrong. While he couldn't fix it the same day due to a part he needed to order, he immediately went out and brought us heaters that we could use around the apartment to ensure we didn't freeze. He then waited in line as the vendor opened the next day to pick up the part and was able to fix our heater in a few hours. He is an awesome guy and truly is there to fix your problems, no matter what it takes. He's quick to reply and is of course super knowledgeable. German is great!

The maintenance guys and listing agents are decent people. Tenant at 954 pleasant in oak park, paying almost $2600/ month in rent. I had a conversation with the current property manager about basic items that needed attention. I called over and over again for a month, leaving kind but urgent voicemails. I have to say that of two major concerns, finally one of those maintenance requests is being cared for. The 2nd major request was begging for the corridor to be cleaned.
Basic requests should not take so long to address. Answer the phones, have competent staff, be organized with points of contact

33 is truly a poorly run company. Nobody will speak with you when you try and contact them. Our property manger is always "in a meeting" or "on a call" and never calls back. We have had so many bugs in our unit and a fair share of mice. They've never given mailmen/delivery men access to our mailbox and whenever they somehow get inside our neighbors steal our packages. Somebody is always blasting their music, the dog next door never shuts up, and the smell of smoke is constant (we don't smoke). There have been a host of other issues but what's most frustrating

TL;DR: If you hate privacy and safety, love spiders, and enjoy floods and just the general feeling of overpaying accompanied by enragement, Euclid Place is the place for you!

I have been a tenant at a 33 Realty residence for almost two years and am very happy with my apartment and the service we receive from management. The maintenance technician, Natalio, has been to our apartment several times to fix numerous issues and is always very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure any issue is fixed appropriately.

I have had very interesting experiences working with 33 Management (in no part due to their service) that have left me scratching my head, after reading some of the other reviews.
My experiences began in November of 2021 due to my building (930 North Boulevard aka/R&B Towers) being taken over by 33 Management during a very busy rehab project. After a couple of verbal miscommunications, I personally met with the Project Manager, James Moore, who proved (in my personal estimation) to be a caring, empathetic and considerate person, who showed himself to be ready and willing to work personally

This review is specifically for Senior Maintenance Technician Arnulfo Pazos. My furnace was working about 50% of the time and, of course, every time Arnulfo came to check it out, it was working. Arnulfo still took my concerns seriously, and when the issue kept occurring, made sure I got a replacement furnace and installed it the next day. The property manager said I needed to wait 1 week (gasp!), but Arnulfo came the next day. I really appreciated the extra effort Arnulfo took to make sure my concerns were addressed and I could comfortably live in my apartment. Arnulfo was friendly, professional

I lived at 3503 W Palmer for a short amount of time and had the displeasure of being stuck with Ashley A. as the property manager. My roommate immediately heard scratching within the walls and she ended up being rats. Ashley is beyond one of the least communicative pm's I've come across, as well as not that bright of a person, and when she did communicate, she'd blatantly lie in her emails. Pest control ended up

Dale was a fantastic agent. He was knowledgeable about the unit, answering all questions during our showing. Afterwards, he took us for a tour around the surrounding streets, letting us know what the community has to offer. Never had an agent take the time to do that before! Dale clearly cares about making sure the community and renters are a good fit for one another -- will be contacting him when I next move!

I was in a tough living situation, I had two remove myself from a very unsafe environment. I reached out to Renato Sanchez and 33 Realty and he helped me get directly into my new apartment. It was a quick turn around time, I inquired the apartment on Monday and moved in that Saturday. 33 Realty has amazing people to help get you what you need, and truly recommend them to find your next home!

After speaking with my property manager this problem is far from resolved. 33 claims that they take this issue seriously per the comment below but i have reached out twice about this in the past month and no one did anything about it. Maintenance appeared twice, looked around, didn't lay a single trap and told me that an exterminator was needed. I don't know if they ever relayed that information to management but an exterminator was never appeared so I doubt they were contacted.

I lived in Andersonville 2013-2019 with a brief absence Aug 2019-Feb 2021. I decided to downsize, sold my house very quickly. I had little time to go through the process of finding a new place. I knew I wanted to be back in Andersonville and started my search. I contacted Zach and he promptly reached out to set up a showing of the building/units. He was friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and answered all my questions

We have lived in a unit at 941 West Belmont, known as The Bel, since March 2019, being the first to live in our units. In our experience, this management company is horrid and unprofessional. They are unresponsive and do refuse to take onus for anything.
This property operates with complete disregard to the Chicago Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance. With hopes of having our issues resolved, we requested our property managers' supervisor, who responded to our concerns by forwarding the email back to the PM. We continue to make extremely minimal progress. We are far from the only residents

33 Realty has been managing our building for almost a year and they have been nothing short of wonderful! Specifically Hannah Miller, our contact, has been an absolute pleasure to work with!
Hannah is extremely responsive, caring, diligent, and an all around joy to work with! We haven't had many repair/fix it needs, but in the few times that we have, Hannah is on it! She not only thoroughly listens to the issue at hand, but works fast to get the appropriate vendor out to fix it. One of my favorite things that I appreciate about Hannah is her communication. She always strives to communicate
