Hands down the best apartment building to live in, downtown Salt Lake. If there is a waiting list, get on it. The place is maintained and cleaned on a level above any other building I’ve stayed at. The views are great. The building materials are quality and everything is so quiet and comfortable. Enrique (management) truly makes the place feel like a home for the tenants. The only reason we moved is because we bought property, otherwise we would have stayed as long as they would have us. Also, our dog loved it there :)

We enjoyed our time at Pierpont By Urbana. Not going to lie, I may cry when we have to turn in our keys (we are moving to a house). Our time here has been delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed this community! Enrique made the entire process quick and easy. We've never stayed at a place like this. Enrique is so attentive and responds to requests in a timely manner. He's definitely the best landlord we've ever had. The attentiveness, prompt responses, and most importantly, the hospitality, have made this complex unforgettable and memorable for years to come.

We recently moved in and are very happy with this building. The building is very clean and quiet: Management pays close attention to details and maintenance. Work orders are taken care of immediately by Jose with a smile.
We have met several neighbors and everyone is real friendly and respectful.
The amenities are good for a small building. I especially like the gym which I use frequently. It is a nice clean quiet place to work out. .

Moved in recently and very impressed with the care the team puts into the building, amenities and meeting resident needs. Building is extremely well maintained and clean and everyone is respectful and friendly. Having a covered dedicated charging spot for my electric car has been a godsend! Location is excellent as well, especially if you have a pup since it overlooks a park with a dog park.

We cannot recommend choosing Pierpont by Urbana enough! Located in the heart of downtown SLC, you have the opportunity to experience urban living without the congestion of a huge city. Green space is easily accessible with Pioneer Park (SLC Farmer's Market) across the street and Temple Square a 15 min walk away. You are a 5-10 min walk from TRAX, plenty of markets and bodegas, most popular venues (never worry about downtown event parking), City Creek Mall, and the ever-growing SLC nightlife scene, just to name a few. My husband and I were looking for a place to live when we were moving from Chicago. The folks at Pierpont did a “virtual tour” for us since we would not be able to see the unit in person and were great at helping us understand our options. We are so happy we chose Pierpont over other apartments in the area. It’s located near a lot of nice shops and restaurants within walk distance, easy access to the train and highway, and has huge farmers market every Saturday in the park next to the building.
