Since last summer, I have lived in Liberty Boulevard and only have great things to say about the building and the management.
I lived in many places, and it feels nice to have a well-maintained building where everything works, very quiet, and extremely clean combined with all modern appliances, gym, rooftop, and the swimming pool. Have to love the location and the neighborhood. Also, I very much enjoy the complimentary coffee and occasional hangouts in the lounge room. Personal thanks to Larissa, Cody, Lou, Alex, Louie, and Mila for genuinely making this place feel like home.

I lived in Liberty BLVD for about a year and really enjoyed it. The staff was great and really cared and took care of me. Whenever I had issues, the maintenance team was quick to take care of it. Also great amenities with an awesome pool for the summer and great roof deck with beautiful views. I really enjoyed my time there.

Good location, cute apartments, nice amenities, amazing staff, very secure building, great maintenance, and friendly neighbors. The only issue is the noise, it's right next to a bar so you here people yelling every single weekend. The building is not well insulated so I hear the people above me stomping around 24/7. Which i'm sure is just as frustrating for the office staff but they do their best to help. Larissa, Cody and Lou are awesome!
I'd definitely recommend living here if you can get the top floor!

This place is awesome,Larissa and cody were so patient with me during the application process,they informed me every step of the way,these apartments are beautiful...lobby and general community areas are clean,I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to move in here,parking is 💯 secure,cameras everywhere,and you get your own covered assigned parking space,and security locked gate, no fighting for parking...honestly the staff are all friendly and helpful....

Loved living at Liberty BLVD the past few years! Big shoutout to the incredible staff that made my experience so great. Louie Rivera was the best maintenance man I’ve ever had. He became a friend of mine and would put in extra effort to ensure that all residents had a good experience. He even saved me from being late to work by helping me jump start my car!

Highly recommended! Amazing location near groceries, parks, university of Utah, trax, and more. But my favorite part is most definitely the staff. I’ve never lived in such a large complex and been known by name. I would especially like to give recognition to the maintenance crew run by Louie Rivera. Louie is one of the hardest workers I know and is always going the extra mile to help and make all the residents happy. He is very time efficient and has been at my door within 12 hours of any maintenance request. He has even helped me with my car a couple of times, just out of the kindness of his

Consistent noise problems, that forced me to leave due to resulting health concerns. Tried to exit lease early due to extenuating circumstances, but the rental company had zero leniency in this regard.
In addition there was constant vandalism by tenants. The complex would fix, and then there would be more next week.
I've been much happier in other apartments. A shame there is no fair evaluations of circumstances.

Sold our condo and leased without an opportunity to view the apartment in person. My friends and family advised me against making a decision on where to live based on the internet. They told me horror stories about others who rented without seeing their apartment.
