I got my bike stolen in front of building while moving. I had a really noise neighbor that would wake up my baby every night. Management never took my complaints seriously. Shay also confessed she did nothing on move out day. After she lied about serving him an eviction. The east stairwell always smells like pee on the second floor, the hallways smell like cigarettes, I also had a bike locked up that had been stolen, I had four flat tires there. I also had her Shay so absolutely nothing for each of my concerns. I know she sounds nice, but she really just cares about her bottom line and making money

Been here nearly three years and have not one negative thing to say. Maintenance is quick acting and professional and any concerns or questions I have are answered and fixed quickly and effectively. I will most likely live here another three years at least.

It was a little hard not being able to see the apartment, but I appreciated the chance to still tour the building.

I resided here for five tears and moved away one year ago. Frequent management changes. About one per year or less as they rotated from and to other properties.. The last manager started referring to herself as a finance officer instead of apartment manager, which was odd.
constant inspections were annoying. Six times in my final six months was excessive. About 40 to 50 times overall. Apartments were referred to as “units.”
I had a spotless record. Never late on my rent. No complaints or issues at anytime.Applied to a sister property - new building. Same rental rate-a few blocks away (Wasatch

Shaye is an angel. Give that woman a raise! She handled all the paperwork, all I had to do was get her in touch with my employer for the income/employment verification. Getting your first apartment can be extremely stressful and she made it a great experience.
The units are very modern. My friend called it a "Luxury Studio Apartment" because my kitchen is so spacious lol. Best of all I brought both my pups and could still afford rent. W&D in the unit make apartment living convenient. Maintence cleans up at least 5 days a week and everytime I come home from work the place is clean. Super close

The apartments are nice and the guy who helped me was also nice however he did not mention that if I canceled my application I would not be refunded the $200 which I think is a little dishonest. I wish I would have known that before AND seen the other review that also mentioned this. Anyway beware before signing anything.

My family and I moved here from California. As you can imagine moving to a different state can be very stressful.
The Manager made the move so easy for us and always made us feel welcomed. Her level of service helped us through the transition.
We loved the location of the building as it’s located within walking distance of the bustling and artistic downtown.
Providence Place has great personal customer service and a resort like feeling which is rare in a downtown setting.

My Experience at Providence place has been excellent. Beautiful views from our apartment!!
My husband and I along with our two babies lived at the property for one year in 2019 and we have zero complaints. Maintenance always fixed any complaints in a timely manner.
The front office is amazing!!!
The office Manager was always willing to help and friendly when we came by and proactive about trying to make you feel like this was a home.
Lastly, the gym was a plus never crowded and the equipment is always clean and in working order. If I were to come back to the area I would move back into Providence
