Been asking for a roach exterminator since roaches are coming in from someone else’s home into mine and I haven’t gotten one yet. It’s been months and I keep getting told from the office that I’m on the list, but I’m actually not on the list. I’ve asked since February 2021, when Salina was in the office and now it’s Sept 2021, almost the end of the year.
Found roaches in the elevator as well on the 4th floor, but not sure if anything has been done about that either because I also reported that.
I just want to be roach free since my neighbors are bringing it into my building.

Oudoor property, very nice. Best apartment lived in so far. Ask about self cleaning, routine maintenance and repair of apartment when moving in.
Suggestions:
-more cameras on property
-card/cash enabled vending machines (coke cans, chips, snacks, etc) in large unoccupied spaces by elevators
- digital method of finding out when pool is actually open or closed and why and for what duration
-Indoor: better hallway ventilation in upper floors, more frequent cleaning of elevator even daily, more frequent vaccuming of carpeted areas.

I like living here, its a small apartment community which i like and everyone is friendly. The staff are always helpful and understanding and they know me by name and that makes a huge difference. I feel the staff does everything they can to maintain and keep things looking nice and they respond to situations in a timely manner. Thank you

I have nothing but positive things to say about this complex. I’ve been here for 2 years and it’s been a great experience. I love my unit and all the amenities. It’s near gas stations, convenience stores, groceries, access to the freeway, close to downtown and train station, etc... The people at the leasing office are amazing, professional and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. 5 stars for Selena and Jordan. They’ve been great since day one. I would highly recommend this place and everything it has to offer.

As a resident of a year and a half living here, I can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed. Ive renewed my lease twice and I’d do it all over again. Thank me later.. I’ve dealt with apartment complexes before but none like this, they treat you like family and actually care for your needs.. Maintenance, office staff you name it. All professional and courteous. I appreciate you all, especially with how rough times are now. Big shout out to Jordan Tanner! MVP Thank you thank you 🙏🏽

This is the best apartment I have lived in around the salt lake area. I love it because most apartments downtown have little or no visitor parking. This place has tons of parking for residents and visitors. The apartments are extremely quiet too. I never hear my neighbors unless they're in the hallway. I love the layout that the master is separate… from the other bedroom and ther living room is between the 2 rooms. That means I can have my tv a little louder than I normally would in other apartments because my tv isnt against a neighbors wall. I think what helps with the noise is they have
