You're better off looking for other apartments, only free parking is along the street and it's packed, and they want you to pay $10 a month for the parking lot right next to it. My apartment was weird too, walls aren't straight and had poor lighting. Update: despite them telling me that you can park anywhere on the streets, I've gotten a ticket from parking in an outlined parking spot, and my friend got a ticket because he parked by a fire hydrant which was okay by the apartment. They won't help you with the tickets. So I repeat, look somewhere else.

This place is very good and rental prices are very low compared to other places. Grocery stores like Target and US Chef are just outside this building and Walmart is 4 mins walk. My reason for giving 5 stars because of the excellent location, very low prices and along with that excellent management team, especially Crew and Ashley. They are very helpful and responsive to queries. They care about their residents.

The move in process was very easy and they even have trollys to help you move in with. The office staff was very nice. The apartment was nice, but it had a few items that needed fixing, most apartments do. Luckily for me, the maintenance staff and manager were very quick and resolved all my issues the same day i reported them. Love the views of the mountains and being close to Target is fantastic. I wish there was more closet space, but they do have storage units that can be rented onsite. All in all, its great place with great people 10/10

We have recently moved into these amazingly nice apartments. From day one our experience has been nothing but amazing. They go above and beyond to make you’re moving in exceptional. Thank you Crew and Ashley. They have elevators and have moving dollies to make moving in way more easy. The location is AMAZING!! Target is right in front and then Walmart is behind there. Sam’s and Costco is a few blocks down the street. Freeway entrance is close. The apartments are very clean and come with appliances including a washer and dryer. There is a pretty awesome common area with a huge outdoor

As someone who is at this property everyday, it truly is a beautiful building, with some of the nicest amenities I've seen for an apartment complex, and an excellent staff.
Crew, Ashlie and Luis are all amazing at both being personable and efficient at the work they do.
Crew is by far one of the kindest and most attentive building managers I've ever worked with, every issue I have had, he has had a fix or a plan to fix the issue same day.
Ashlie (truly hope im not spelling it wrong) has to be one of the nicest people I've ever had to deal with in a office setting.

I recently rented an apartment here and everything has met my expectations. Everything looks pretty much brand new here from the flooring to the easy to clean kitchen appliances. It's conveniently close to a Target, so if you're on a budget like me, it's literally a one minute walk to get everything you need to move in smoothly! I highly recommend this rental property if you're looking to save money, while still being fairly close to downtown and public transit options.

Edit: Leasing office replied to my review saying that I didn't respond to them several minutes after I went into the leasing office.
Moving into this property was a complete nightmare after submitting an application. First off, the leasing office has plenty of signs saying to wear a mask, but they don't bother to wear one. The leasing office messed up the paperwork which caused delays. The leasing office cannot write a professional email with proper grammar and spelling. Once I was approved, the leasing office sent me the wrong pricing leading to further delays. The lady that helped us sign the

I just moved into these apartments and I feel so happy here, everything is new and clean, the building has a security system all day, a modern mailbox with technology, and elevators. There are smart lights and a lot of natural light in the complex, and an interesting designing of the common areas. ( I am waiting to get the access to the gym because is close for the COVID right now), the services are good quality (fast internet the best) and the administrators are always attentive to everything I need ( I so glad they are super nice with the tenants and that they respond to my requests very fast
