I moved to Aston Place in November 2020, I had a great experience. The building is conveniently located right next to Short North. The apartments are spacious and the amenities are top notch, you can't beat the price for you're getting! Joey. the property manager was always extremely helpful when anything came up and was always available. The only reason I moved out was due to relocation for work. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to move to the Columbus area.

This is not a resident review. I was in the process of signing up with Aston Place - the amenities seemed wonderful, the community seemed quiet, and the leasing agent Eryn was kind, prompt and professional.
We were set a quoted price from their corporate office for a specified move in period - 2 weeks of negotiating - and at the very last moment, they reneged unless we paid $200-400 more per month in rent or moved in immediately, which they must have known was impossible amid the Covid / stay at home order climate. When trying to reach the supervisor, my calls and messages were ignored and the

Not a resident, but was an interested lessee. The price I was offered in person was over $300 more than the price I was told in advance. This is because they use an "algorithm" that offers wildly different prices depending on the lease term and, presumably, some measure of local demand. I wanted a standard 12 month lease which was priced shockingly higher than the 15 month lease. They also have very high fees for ending a lease early. Seems like an ok building, but watch out for the pricing and terms. For me it was a waste of my time to make the trip out. Seems like one other recent reviewer had

This has been one of my favorite apartment complexes I've ever stayed in. It's very easily accessible to the highways and it's close to short north bars, while still being tucked back far enough to be quiet. The garage is secure, the place is pet friendly, packages are handled well, and everything is kept clean. Most importantly, the whole staff is friendly and communicative.
The only downside is the Short North parking plan won't allow residents to acquire permits or guest parking passes. Thankfully the leasing office does everything they can to accommodate the situation, so I don't fault them

We've been at Aston Place for over a year and it is a great property. Secure parking and building and outstanding amenities. We especially like being close to High Street rather than right on High Street where it would be much noisier and there would be more traffic. We are in a Presley model, which is a 2BR, 2 bath corner unit with lots of light. And on the third floor we have 10 foot ceilings.

Aston has been my home in Columbus for the past two years. I moved into Aston when I moved into town from Cincinnati. I could not have picked a better place—convenient to all the hot spots in the Short North yet tucked away enough to be quiet and comfortable. The apartments are well built and furnished with top-end appliances and decor. If you're looking for a modern, up-style, and convenient spot within the Columbus urban scene, I highly recommend Aston Place.

I've lived at Aston Place since it first opened in 2014. It is conveniently located near the Short North and a short walk away from Ohio State. The staff is wonderful and quick to get things taken care of. The outdoor patio area is beautiful and well maintained. I love the parking garage especially in the winter.
