I've had NEVER a worse experience with a property.
I applied for their most expensive unit, and within 48hrs the price went up 5%. After a lot of miss-communication between myself and the building, I get verbally assaulted by Luis.
He asked me "What do you know about banking?" and "What do you know about real estate? Because I've been in the industry for over 10 years."
Beautiful building, but overpriced, and the staff is the FARTHEST thing from being helpful and accommodating.
The only logical people at the facility are Katie and Ryan.

We have been a resident at 250 High for roughly a year and there are not enough words to say how positive our experience has been thus far.
From the apartment itself, to the phenomenal location, excellent amenities and top notch staff.
I truly believe this is the best community downtown and cant not wait to stay at 250 High for several more years!

I have lived at 250 High since November 2020 and have been very happy with the entire experience. The staff is great and very attentive to needs/questions. You really can't beat the location and the east side of the building has a great view of the Columbus Commons, which is great when there are concerts on the weekends. Totally recommend.

We chose 600 Goodale for multiple reasons: location, view, kitchen, price, light, and management. We live in Sarasota half the year and wanted a place here that has reasonable rules about noise, cleanliness, communal living, etc. Despite being the oldest residents in the building, everyone is friendly and helpful. Most appear to be young professionals or grad students. Management is top notch! And our pup is happy! 🐾 🐾

Following up on my previous post - we recently moved out of this apartment and spent over 2 hours cleaning it, leaving it essentially spotless, yet we got $110 taken out of our deposit for a "cleaning fee". When speaking with the leasing office they could not give me a reason why it was so much and even stated themselves that a cleaning would be done no matter what. Basically, it seems as though they charge the tenant the cleaning fee no matter the condition that the apartment is left in. Can't emphasize this enough, DO NOT move in here.

The staff is great, but you definitely don't get what you pay for with these apartments. No security or concierge (theft/break ins have been an issue) and you have to share everything with the offices on floors 1-6. They bring their friends to the rooftop lounge on the weekends, use the gym, and forget about finding a parking spot if you come home during business hours because that definitely won't happen. Honestly, you're better off living somewhere else downtown and working at one of the offices in the building. Same perks but none of the headache.
