I’ve been living here for going on 2years now. Everything was new including washer and dryer upon move in. The maintenance group really gets the job done here. The management staff does a really good job of making tenants feel welcome by hosting small breakfast and pool events. During COVID the management staff stayed upbeat and prompt of work orders that I filled out and I really appreciate it. Ask for Delmy, she really goes up to bat for tenants. Thank you.

I have lived here for over 7 years and overall its a decent place to live. Lorena Ojeda is very attentive and responsive, and maintenance gets to my requests in a timely manner except when my refrigerator died and I lost 50 dollars in meat/fish because they couldn't get me a new one in a timely manner (despite the lease says they will). The location is convenient to many activities/places in the area. Would be better if they allow residents to opt out of things like trash valet, as you get no refund/credit on days they don't show up on their scheduled days. Emailing residents of events could be
